Ճշմարտություն և միֆ` բարձրակրունկների մասին

Ամենականացի կոշիկները` բարձակրունկ կոշիկներն են: Որքանո՞վ են դրանք անվտանգ առողջության համար:
Բարձր կրունկները վնասակար են առողջությանը
Միֆ. Ողնաշարի համար վնասակար են 7 սմ-ից բարձր կրունկները: Միայն միջին չափի ( 4-6սմ ) կրունկով որակյալ կոշիկներ կրելիս դուք վնաս չեք հասցնի ձեր առողջությանը:
Ճշմարտություն. Եթե մի քանի տարի շարունակ դուք կրեք բարձր կրունկներով կոշիկներ, ձեզ մոտ ոչ միայն կհայտնվեն խնդիրներ կապված ողնաշարի հետ, այլ կսկսվեն միգրենի նոպաներ: Հետևաբար ավելի ճիշտ է կրել միջին չափի կրունկներ:
Բարակ կրունկներն ավելի անկայուն են, քան հաստերը
Միֆ. Կրունկի կայունությունը կախված է նրանից, թե ի՞նչ հաստության է այն, ի՞նչ մակերեսով է հենում հատակին, ինչպես նաև` ծանրության կենտրոնից: Եթե հաճախ կրեք բարձրակրունկ` մեծ է հարթաթաթության առաջացման վտանգը:
Ճշմարտություն. Հագնելով բարձրակրունկ կոշիկներ` մարմնի ծանրությունը փոխանցվում է ոտնաթաթի վրա: Որքան բարձր են կրունկները, այնքան մեծ է դեֆորմացիայի հավանականությունը:
