Հավանաբար ոչ ոք չի կասկածում, որ բարձրակրունկ կոշիկներով ոտքը ստանում է բավականին գրավիչ և հավաք տեսք: Սակայն ոչ բոլոր կանայք են յուրացրել ամեն օր բարձրակրունկ կոշիկներով քայլելու արվեստը:

Կրունկի բարձրությանը կարելի է վարժվել աստիճանաբար: Չարժե անմիջապես հագնել տասը սանտիմետրանոց բարձրակրունկ, պետք է կանգ առնել չորս-հինգ սանտիմետրանոցի վրա: Ոտքը ժամանակի հետ պետք է վարժվի մեծ ծանրաբեռնվածությանը, եթե այն տրվի աստիճանաբար:

Կոշիկ ընտրելիս հետևեք, որ կրունկի մեջտեղը կայուն լինի: Բացառապես այդ գործոնն է կայունության հնարավորություն տալիս և, այդպիսով, քայլելիս հավասարակշռություն ապահովում:

Կոշիկը պետք է հարմարավետ լինի: Որպես կանոն նոր կոշիկին ոտքը պետք է հարմարվի, այդ իսկ պատճառով սկզբնական ցավերն անխուսափելի են:
