Բունդեսթագի բանաձևի ընդունմանը պետք է հետևի Ֆրանսիայում ժխտողականության քրեականացումը

Բունդեսթագի կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչումը միազգային առաջատար ԶԼՄ-ների լրահոսում գլխավոր նորությունն է դարձել: Լրատվամիջոցներն անդրադարձել են նաև բանաձևի ընդունման հետ կապված Թուրքիայի ջղաձգումներին: Թուրքիային ամենից անհանգստացնում է բանաձևի տեքստը, որում մասնավորապես նշվում է. «Երիտթուրքական կառավարության հրամանով 1915-ի ապրիլի 24-ին օսմանյան Կոստանդնուպոլսում սկսվեցին ավելի քան 1 մլն հայերի պլանավորված աքսորն ու ջարդերը: Նրանց ճակատագիրը զանգվածային բնաջնջումների, էթնիկ զտումների, վտարումների և, այո, ցեղասպանությունների (Völkermord) օրինակ է, որոնցով այդպես սարսափելիորեն նշանավորվեց 20-րդ դարը: Բունդեսթագը ցավում է Գերմանական ռեյխի անփառունակ դերի համար՝ որպես Օսմանյան կայսրության դաշնակից և ընդունում է Գերմանիայի պատմական պատասխանատվությունը»:
Հայոց ցեղասպանության վերաբերող բանաձևի ընդունումը Բունդեսթագի Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման գործընթացի համար նոր պատուհան է բացում և այստեղ ամենակարևոր պահը այն է, որ «ցեղասպանություն» եզրույթի կիրառումը ինքնին նշանակում է 101 տարի առաջ տեղի ունեցած միջազգային հանցագործության ճանաչում: Բանն այն է, որ Գերմանիան ինչ-որ միջին կարգի երկիր չէ, ԵՄ-ի շրջանակում բնակչությամբ առաջատար երկիրն է, որի տնտեսությունը ԵՄ երկրների շարքում միության տնտեսությունը առաջ տանող հիմնական քարշող ուժն է: Բացի այդ Գերմանիան ներկայումս Թուրքիայի հետ բավականին սերտ համագործակցության և կապերի մեջ է` դրան էլ ավելացրած, որ Գերմանիայի տարածքում բնակվում են 3 միլիոն թուրքեր:
Գերմանիայի այսպիսի արձագանքը Հայոց ցեղասպանության խնդրին և գիտակցումը, որ Գերմանիան իր մեղքի մասնաբաժինն ունի հայերի նկատմամբ հանցագործության իրագործման հարցում, յուրահատուկ նախադեպ է ստեղծում, որպեսզի մյուս երկրները նույնպես նրա օրինակին հետևեն:
Հաշվի առնելով Թուրքիայի արձագանքը բանաձևի ընդունման կապակցությամբ` կարող ենք նշել, որ թուրքական կողմի ժխտողական գործելակերպը և ամեն կերպ դիմադրական շարժումը ուժեղացնելու են նաև հակազդեցությունը և արդյունքում նպաստելու են նաև ճանաչման գործընթացի «դոմինոյի էֆեկտին», քանի որ Թուրքիայի կողմից ձեռնարկվող քայլերն ի հակադրություն Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման գործընթացի` ավելի են մեծացնում խնդրի միջազգային արծարծումը և միջազգային հանրության ավելի լայն շրջանակներ են հասու դառնում 1915թ-ի դեպքերի վերաբերյալ ճշմարտությանը:
Ի վերջո` Բունդեսթագի բանաձևի ընդունումը պատեհ իրավիճակ է ստեղծում Ֆրանսիայում Հայոց ցեղասպանության ժխտումը քրեականացնելու հարցը կրկին օրակարգ բերելու համար:
