Շվեյցարիան հունիսի 5-ին հանրաքվե կանցկացնի անպայմանական հիմնական եկամտի հարցի շուրջ, տեղեկացնում Է«Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով news.com.au-ին:
Հանրաքվեում որոշում կընդունվի՝ արդյոք երկրի յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի, անկախ այն բանից՝ աշխատում Է նա, թե՝ ոչ, ամսական կստանա 2500-ական շվեյցարական ֆրանկ (մոտավորապես 2250 եվրո): Այդ գումարը յուրաքանչյուր շվեյցարացու կվճարվի ցմահ, անկախ նրա բնակվելու վայրից:
Երեխաներին ենթադրվում Է վճարել 625-ական ֆրանկ:
Եթե նախաձեռնությունը հավանության արժանանա, Շվեյցարիան կդառնա առաջին երկիրը, որտեղ քաղաքացիներին երաշխավորված կլինի որեւԷ բանից կախում չունեցող նվազագույն ամսական եկամուտ:
Demoscope ընկերության ուսումնասիրությունն ավելի վաղ ցույց Է տվել, որ շվեյցարացիների մեծամասնությունը մտադիր Է շարունակել աշխատել, նույնիսկ եթե այդ օրենքն ընդունվի: Հարցման մասնակիցների միայն 2 տոկոսն Է հայտարարել, որ կազատվեն աշխատանքից, եթե իրենց կերաշխավորեն 2500 ֆրանկի ամենամսյա վճարումներ:
Դրա հետ մեկտեղ 1076 հարցվածների մեկ երրորդը համոզված Է, որ մնացած քաղաքացիները կդադարեն աշխատել, եթե օրենքն ընդունվի: Այդուհանդերձ, հարցված շվեյցարացիների 56 տոկոսն այն կարծիքին Է, որ նախագիծը հավանության չի արժանանա:
Եթե որոշումը, այնուամենայնիվ, դրական լինի, այդ նախաձեռնությունը Շվեյցարիայի վրա տարեկան կնստի 208 մլրդ շվեյցարական ֆրանկ: Դրանից 150 միլիարդը բաժին կընկնի հարկերի գանձումից պետության եկամուտներին, եւս 55 միլիարդը ենթադրվում Է վերցնել սոցիալական ապահովագրության ֆոնդերից, հաղորդել Է «Ինտերֆաքս»-ը:
