Blognews-ը զրուցել է գնդապետ Կարեն Գրիգորյանի հետ, ով 17 տարեկանում կամավորագրվել և մասնակցել է Արցախյան պատերազմին, այժմ, ՊԲ N զորամասի  հրամանատարն է։

-Պարոն գնդապետ, Ձեր հրամանատարության ներքո ամենամեծ միավորումներից մեկն է։ Որպես մարդ՝ ով տեսել է թե՛ առաջին, թե՛ երկրորդ պատերազմը, կարո՞ղ եք համեմատության եզրեր անցկացնել՝ ինչպիսի՞ն էր շարքային զինվորն 90-ականների կռվի ժամանակ և հիմա։ Ի՞նչ առավելություններ կան և ի՞նչ  ուղղություններ կան, որ պետք է զարգացնենք։

- Այս 2 պատերազմներում տարբերությունները շատ մեծ են։ Համեմատականներ տանելիս պետք է նշել, որ  նախորդ պատերազմի ժամանակ շատ քչերն էին մարզված, չկային կանոնավորված ստորաբաժանումներ, իսկ այս քառօրյա պատերազմում կա կանոնավոր բանակ, յուրաքանչյուր ստորաբաժանում գիտեր՝ ինչ խնդիր պիտի կատարի։

Ճիշտ է, հակառակորդը հանկարծակի սկսեց քառօրյա պատերազմը, սակայն  մեր զինվորները, սպաները, յուրաքանչյուր անձ, թե ստորաբաժանում կարողացել են կատարել իր խնդիրը։

-Անկասկած կային որոշակի բացեր, որոնք կցանկանայինք, որ չլինեին։ Դուք՝ որպես հրամանատար, ի՞նչ ուղղություններ եք տեսնում, որոնք պետք է զարգացնել, ի՞նչ կարող է անել հայ հասարակությունը դրա համար։

-Բանակի գոյության ընթացքում միանշանակ թե՛ անձը, թե՛ ստորաբաժանումը յուրաքանյուր օր, յուրաքանչյուր ժամ պիտի աշխատի իր ունակությունների, գիտելիքների բարձրացման վրա։ Չկա հասկացողություն, որ ասենք՝ այսօր բանակը կամ զորամասը հասել է այն մակարդակին, որ կարող  է կանգ առնել, ո՛չ, անընդհատ պիտի կատարելագործվի, և մենք այդ խնդրի կատարման մեջ ենք։

Հաշվի առնելով, որ ժամկետային զինծառայողներ են զորացրվում, նորակոչիկներ են գալիս, կարևոր է, որ մարտունակությունը, գիտելիքներն ու ունակությունները բարձրացվեն։
