Կազանում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Դաշնային ժողովի միջև համագործակցության Միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի 27-րդ նիստին հաջորդած ամփոփիչ մամուլի ասուլիսում Միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի համանախագահ, ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը մեկնաբանել է Գերմանիայի կողմից նախօրեին ընդունած Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման մասին որոշումը: Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանի աշխատակազմից:

«Կարծում եմ աշխարհը ևս մեկ անգամ համոզվեց, որ պատմության բոլոր դրսևորումների` նույնիսկ առանձին երկրների համար ամենածանր դեպքերի նկատմամբ արդարացի մոտեցումը միակ ճանապարհն է, որով ընդհանրապես մարդկությունը պետք է  առաջ շարժվի:  Եթե մենք ցանկանում ենք, որ ցեղասպանությունները որևէ երկրում երբևէ չկրկնվեն, ապա հարկավոր է , որ այսօր բոլորս` քաղաքական ուժերը, պետությունները,  կատարված սխալները ընդունելու քաղաքական կամք և քաղաքացիական համարձակություն ունենան»,- ասել է Նաղդալյանը:
