Կազդի արդյոք Բունդեսթագի բանաձևը ԼՂ հակամարտության վրա

Կարեն Համբարձումյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Չնայած հանրային քննարկումներում կա մի շերտ, որը, ըստ իս, անհիմն կերպով լղոզված և Հայոց ցեղասպանության իրավական փոխհատուցման համար ոչ շահեկան է համարում Բունդեսթագի բանաձև, ես կարծում եմ, որ այստեղ ձևակերպումներն առավել քան հստակ են. իրերը կոչվել են իրենց անունով՝ 1915-ի կոտորածները ցեղասպանություն են, և սա այս երկրում հետագայում Ցեղասպանության ժխտումը քրեականացնելու լավ նախադրյալներ է ստեղծում։ Բայց երկար չկենտրոնանալով բանաձևի բուն տեքստի վրա, խոսեմ դրա հնրավոր բացասական հետևանքներից, որոնք շրջանառվում են այդ նույն հանրային դիսկուրսում։ Նախ դարձյալ անհիմն եմ համարում այն պնդումը, որ բանաձևը տարածաշրջանում հերթական ապակայունացման կհանգեցնի։ Հասկանանք թե ապակայունացման հնարավոր կոնկրետ ինչ դրսևորումների մասին է խոսքը։ Եթե խոսքը ԼՂ հակամարտության մասին է, ապա չեմ կարծում, որ ապրիլյան պատերազմում Ադրբեջանին ամեն կերպ օժանադակող Թուրքիային այլ՝ այս դեպքում Բունդեսթագի բանաձևն էր հարկավոր, հակամարտությունը թեժացնելու համար, նույն ապրիլյան պատերազմի ընթացքում կրքերը Հայոց ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման շուրջ այսքան բորբոքված չէին, բայց Թուրքիան իր գործուն մասնակցությունն ունեցավ դրա սանաձազերծման մեջ։ Բացի այդ այսօր ԼՂ-ի շուրջ ստեղծել է նոր իրադրություն և հերթական ռազմական առճակատումը Թուրքիայի որոշումներից չէ որ կախված կլինի։ Այսինքն ռազմաքաղաքական առումով այս բանաձևը ոչ մի բացասական հետևանքն չի կարող ունենալ։
