Իսկական «մրցապայքար»` սիրիական ալ-Ռակա քաղաքի ազատագրության դափնին վաստակելու համար

Արմեն Պետրոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Իսկական «մրցապայքար» է սկսվել մերօրյա չարիք հռչակված «Իսլամական պետություն»(ԻՊ) ահաբեկչական կազմակերպության սիրտը համարվող՝ սիրիական ալ-Ռակա քաղաքի ազատագրության դափնին վաստակելու համար: Դեռևս մայիս ամսվա վերջին տասնօրյակին սիրիական ընդդիմադիր որոշ խմբավորումներից և «Քրդական ինքնապաշտպանական ուժերից» կազմված «Սիրիական ժողովրդավարական ուժեր» կոչված կառույցն, ամերիկյան ռազմական ոլորտի մասնագետների և ԱՄՆ-ի գլխավորած միջազգային հակաահաբեկչական կոալիցիոն օդուժի գործուն աջակցությամբ, հյուսիսից և հյուսիս-արևմուտքից նախաձեռնեցին ԻՊ-ի սիրիական «մայրաքաղաքի» դեմ վճռորոշ հարձակումը, որը դեռևս բավական դանդաղ է ընթանում:
ԻՊ-ի դեմ համատեղ և փոխհամագործացությամբ պայքարելու ԱՄՆ-ին ուղղված ՌԴ ՊՆ առաջարկին ի պատասխան մերժում ստանալով՝ Սիրիայում տեղակայված ռուսական օդատիեզերական ուժերի ստորաբաժանումները և սիրիական կառավարական ուժերն ու նրանց հարող մի շարք այլ կառույցներ իրենց հերթին արդեն հարավից և հարավ-արևելքից սկսել են գրոհել ալ-Ռակայի դեմ. ավելին՝ 2014 թ.-ից ի վեր առաջին անգամ սիրիական կառավարական ուժերը ներխուժել են ալ-Ռակա նահանգ՝ ազատագրելով մի քանի բնակավայրեր և որպես առաջնային թիրախ ընտրելով ռազմավարական լուրջ նշանակություն ունեցող ալ-Տաբկա քաղաքը, որը հետագայում ծառայելու է որպես առանցքային հենակետ՝ ԻՊ-ի կենտրոնակայանի դեմ վճռորոշ գրոհը կազմակերպելու համար:
Ինչ խոսք, բավական բարդ է ասել, թե որ կողմն ի վերջո կվաստակի ալ-Ռակայի ազատագրման դափնին, մինչդեռ կասկածից վեր է, որ դիմակայությունը բավական լուրջ է լինելու, քանի որ ԻՊ-ը ևս թե՛ գաղափարապես, թե՛ ռազմական տեսանկյունից լրջորեն նախապատրաստվել է՝ «անհավատների դեմ» վճռորոշ ճակատամարտին: Այս համատեքստում, հարկ է նշել նաև, որ օգտվելով կառավարական ուժերի կողմից ալ-Ռակայի ազատագրության ռազմագործողության մեկնարկի իրողությունից, սիրիական հակակառավարական մի շարք խմբավորումներ, այդ թվում նաև՝ «ալ-Կաիդայի» սիրիական ճյուղավորումը հանդիսացող «Ջաբհաթ ալ-Նուսրա» կառույցը բանակային ստորաբաժանուների դիրքերի դեմ լուրջ հարձակումներ են նախաձեռնել Հալեպ և Լաթակիա նահանգներում:
