Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագի կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը դատապարտող բանաձևի ընդունումը դարձավ անցած շաբաթվա ամենաքննարկված քաղաքական իրադարձությունը: Միջազգային լրատվամիջոցները ևս թեմայի շուրջ ունեցան բազմաթիվ անդրադարձներ:

Past.am-ի հարցին՝ ինչպիսի՞ արտացոլում կունենա բանաձևի ընդունումը Գերմանիայի բազմամիլիոնանոց թուրքական համայնքի վրա, ռուս քաղաքագետ Դենիս Դվորնիկովը պատասխանեց, որ թուրքերը ցանկանում են մնալ և աշխատել Գերմանիայում: Քաղաքագետի խոսքով՝ թուրքերի զգալի մասը ձգտում է ձուլման՝ չկապելով իր ապագան Էրդողանի նախագծերի հետ: Այնուամենայնիվ, ըստ Դվորնիկովի, կա նաև զանգված, որն աշխատում է սոցիալական ցանցերում, գերմանական քաղաքներում ցույցեր է անում, իրականացնում է Անկարայի կողմից դրված խնդիրները: Մեր զրուցակիցը համոզված է, որ այդ մարդկանց գործունեությունը գերմանական հատուկ ծառայությունների ուշադրության տակ է, նրանք արագ կարձագանքեն, եթե թուրքական համայնքի ներկայացուցիչները դուրս գան որոշակի թույլատրելի սահմաններից:

«Իմ կարծիքով՝ միջին վիճակագրական գերմանաբնակ թուրքն ավելի մտահոգ է իր առևտրային կրպակի աշխատանքով, քան ցեղասպանության ճանաչմամբ կամ չճանաչմամբ»,- տեսակետ հայտնեց պարոն Դվորնիկովը: Անդրադառնալով գերմանական մեսիջներին՝ Դենիս Դվորնիկովն ասաց. «Գերմանիան ցույց տվեց, որ Անկարան պետք է խելքը գլուխը հավաքի, երբ լուրջ մարդիկ խոսակցություն են ունենում իր հետ: Հստակ սահմանագիծ է դրվել, թե ինչ է նշանակում լինել եվրոպացի: Թուրքական ռեժիմին զգացնել տվեցին եվրոպական և օսմանյան արժեքների ողջ խորը տարբերությունը»: Ըստ Դենիս Դվորնիկովի՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանության թեմային կարող է հաջորդել այսպես կոչված Հյուսիսային Կիպրոսի հարցը, անգամ խոցված ռուսական ինքնաթիռի թեման, որովհետև ոչ ոք չի մոռացել, որ Էրդողանը գրեթե կոնֆլիկտ հրահրեց ՆԱՏՕ-ի և Ռուսաստանի միջև: Պարոն Դվորնիկովին հարց ուղղեցինք՝ որքանո՞վ էր սա պայմանավորված հայ դիվանագետների լավ աշխատանքներով: Մեր զրուցակիցն ասաց, որ Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչումը գերմանական էլիտայի ինքնուրույն քայլն է: Քաղաքագետը շեշտում է՝ հայերը չեն վազել կաբինետներով և հորդորել քվեարկել:

«Հայկական դիվանագիտությունը երկու բան պետք է հասկանա: Առաջինը՝ 2016 ապրիլի իրադարձություններն ունեն ուղիղ պատմական կապ 1915 թվականի իրադարձությունների հետ: Ցեղասպանության փորձերն ավարտված չեն: Հայերը մինչև հիմա սեփական հողում գտնվում են ուժեղ արտաքին ճնշման տակ: Երկրորդ՝ պետք է զգոն լինել, քանի որ Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչումն ինչ-որ մեկի կողմից կարող դիտարկվել որպես կանխավճար՝ արցախա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտության հարցում ավելի զիջողական դիրքորոշման համար: Պետք է տալ համոզիչ ազդանշան, որ հայերը առևտրի չեն հանել սեփական երկրի տարածքները, հատկապես, երբ գերմանացիներն արել են այն, ինչ պետք անեին՝ ընդունել են ճշմարտությունը»,- ընդգծեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
