Արցախի օմբուդսմենը դատապարտել է բռնությունը Հայկ Խանումյանի նկատմամբ

Ստեփանակերտում հունիսի 6-ին պատգամավոր Հայկ Խանումյանին բռնության ենթարկելու մասին Աևրցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը որևէ դիմում չի ստացել: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմից:
Արցախի ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմի հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է. «Այսօր` հունիսի 6-ին, ԶԼՄ-ներում տեղեկություն է տարածվել այն մասին, որ Արցախի ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Հայկ Խանումյանը Ստեփանակերտում ենթարկվել է բռնության: Հայտնում ենք, որ այս պահի դրությամբ ԼՂՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմը փաստի առթիվ որևէ դիմում չի ստացվել:
Այդուհանդերձ, ԼՂՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը հայտարարում է, որ պատգամավորի նկատմամբ ցանկացած բռնություն խստորեն դատապարտելի է, և ակնկալում է, որ իրավապահ մարմինները փաստի առթիվ կիրականացնեն լրիվ, օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն: Հաշվի առնելով Հայկ Խանումյանի կարգավիճակը` պաշտպանը հատուկ կարևորում է, որ քննության արդյունքների մասին հանրությունը պատշաճորեն իրազեկվի:
ԼՂՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմն իր իրավասության սահմաններում հետևելու է փաստի վերաբերյալ քննության ընթացքին»:
