Տաքսիստի սպանության հին հետքերը.«Իրավունք»

«Մամուլն անդրադարձել Էր հունիսի 1-ին Նար-Դոսի խաչմերուկում տեղի ունեցած ծեծկռտուքին։ Թե ինչն էր ողբերգությամբ ավարտված ծեծի պատճառը, շարժառիթներն ու դրդապատճառները, մինչ օրս այդպես էլ հստակ չէ։ Խոսվում է միայն, որ դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել ինչ-որ կնոջ պատճառով։ Սակայն մեզ հաջողվեց որոշ ուշագրավ մանրամասներ պարզել։ Մասնավորապես, թե ինչն էր սպանության մեջ մեղադրվողին հասցրել այդ քայլին։ Մեր հավաստի աղբյուրը, ով խոստացավ հետագայում անունը ևս ներկայացնել հանրությանը, նախ՝ անդրադարձավ սպանվածի և Վերանյանի ծանոթությանը նկատելով.
- Վահրամ Վերանյանը, 2014 թվականին բանակից զորացրվելուց հետո, աշխատանքի Է անցել Արսեն Խանամիրյանին պատկանող «Ֆուտբոլ» տաքսի ծառայությունում՝ որպես վարորդ։ Նույն տաքսի ծառայությունում, որպես դիսպետչեր էր աշխատում Խանամիրյանի կինը՝ Արաքսյան: Մի քանի ամիս աշխատելուց հետո այդ կինը սկսել Է սիրահետել Վերանյանին, արդյունքում՝ նրանց հարաբերությունները խորացել են. ինտիմ կապեր և այլն։ Ընթացքում, թեև, Վահրամը դիմում Է գրել և դուրս եկել աշխատանքից, սակայն կնոջ հետ կապերը պահպանվել են։
2014 թվականի մի օր Վերանյանը պետք է ընկերոջ հետ գործերով գնար Մեղրի։ Արսենի կինն այդ մասին իմանալով՝ ցանկություն Է հայտնել նրանց հետ գնալ Մեղրի և իր հետ վերցրել Է նաև ընկերուհուն։ Երբ վերադառնում են, այդ մասին տեղեկանում Է Արսեն Խանամիրյանը։ Նրա դրդմամբ և պարտադրմամբ՝ Արաքսյան հայտարարություն Է ներկայացնում ոստիկանություն, թե իբր Վերանյանը նրան առևանգել է ու բռնաբարել։ ՄԵղրիի բաժնում Վերանյանի նկատմամբ գործ Է հարուցվում։ Սակայն քննության ընթացքում պարզվում Է, որ դա սուտ, զրպարտչական մեղադրանք Է, սակայն Արաքսյային սուտ մատնության համար չգիտես ինչու չեն դատապարտում։ Ավելին, գործը կարճվում Է։ 2015 թվականի մարտ ամսին Արաքսյան կրկին հաղորդում Է տալիս Ավան և Նոր Նորք քննչական բաժին, որ այդ նույն օրն Ավան թաղամասում իրեն Է մոտեցել Վերանյանը և սուր ծակող կտրող գործիքով պատճառել մարմնական վնասվածք։ Դարձյալ քրեական գործ Է հարուցվում, ւիորձաքննություն Է նշանակվում։ Խորացված քննության արդյունքում սակայն, պարզվում Է, որ Արաքսյան Վերանյանի դեմ կրկին սուտ հայտարարություն Է տվել։ Ստիպված Արաքսյան ցուցմունք է տալիս, որ հենց ինքն Է իրեն հարվածել և իր ամուսնու դրդմամբ հայտնել, որ իբրև Վահրամն Է իրեն հարվածել։ Դրանից հետո Արաքսյայի նկատմամբ՝ սուտ մատնության հոդված Է դրվում, և գործն ուղարկվում Է դատարան, նա դատապարտվում, ապա պայմանական Է ազատ արձակվում։ Դրանից հետո Խանամիրյանը պարբերաբար հետապնդում Է Վահրամին և նրա հարազատներին, սպառնում։ Վահրամը, այլևս չդիմանալով Արսենի սպառնալիքներին, որոշում է զանգել, հանդիպել ու այդ հարցին լուծում տալ։ Պայմանավորվում են և հանդիպում տաքսի ծառայությունում։ Դեռ ներս չմտած՝ Արսենը երկաթե ձողով տալիս Է Վերանյանի գլխին: դաժան ծեծի ենթարկում։ Արդյունքում Վերանյանին տեղափոխում են «Սուրբ Գրիգոր լուսավորիչ» հիվանդանոց։ Բնականաբար հիվանդանոցից ոստիկանությանը տեղեկացնում են փաստի մասին, սակայն այդքանից հետո քրեական գործ չի հարուցվում, քանի որ Վերանյանը նշել Էր, որ բողոք չունի։ Բայց այդքանից հետո Էլ Արսենը չի հանգստանում և Վահրամի հարազատների, ընկերական շրջապատում սկսում Է հեղինակազրկել, պատվի, արժանապատվության հետ խաղալ։ Մասնավորապես, թե նրա վրա միզել Է, «փչացրել» որպես տղամարդ և այլն»,–գրում է թերթը։
