Ռուսաստանը տոննաներով ետ է ուղարկում «ադրբեջանական» գյուղմթերքը

Ռուսաստանի կառույցները տոննաներով ետ են ուղարկում Ադրբեջանից ուղարկվող գյուղմթերքը` պնդելով, որ այն ադրբեջանական չէ:
Այս մասին հայտնում է azadliq.info կայքը` նշելով, որ վերջին մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում Ռուսատանից ետ է ուղարկվել 1000 տ-ից ավելի փչացած ադրբեջանական գյուղմթերք:
Ռուսաստանի վերահսկիչ մարմինները հայտարարում են, որ Ադրբեջանից ուղարկվող գյուղմթերքը, գլխավորապես` լոլիկը, սմբուկը եւ այլ բանջարեղենը թուրքական կամ վրացական ծագում ունեն, եւ դա է ետ ուղարկվելու պատճառը:
Ադրբեջանցի գործարար Թահիր Հուսեյնովը կայքին պատմել է, որ չնայած ապրանքի հետ ներկայացնում են այն Ադրբեջանում արտադրված լինելու մասին բոլոր փաստաթղթերը, սակայն, Ռուսաստանը հայտարարում է, որ այն թուրքական ծագում ունի եւ արդեն ետ է ուղարկել իր 500 տ լոլիկը:
Մի այլ գործարար՝ Նուրլան Մամեդովը բողոքել է, որ Ռուսաստանն իր ուղարկած 3 վագոն լոլիկը 10 օր պահելուց հետո է հետ ուղարկել, ինչի պատճառով այն ամբողջությամբ փչացել է, այժմ էլ սպասում են եւս 5 վագոն մթերքի հետ ուղարկելուն:
2015 թվականի նոյեմբերի 24-ին թուրքական F-16 կործանիչի` Սիրիայում ռուսաստանյան Սու-24 ռմբակոծիչը խոցելուց հետո ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն, անվանելով դա ահաբեկիչների հանցակիցների կողմից «հարված թիկունքից», միջադեպից հետո հրամանագիր էր ստորագրել ազգային անվտանգության ապահովման գծով միջոցառումների եւ Թուրքիայի նկատմամբ հատուկ տնտեսական միջոցառումների մասին: Դրանից հետո ՌԴ-ի եւ Թուրքիայի միջեւ հարաբերությունները հայտնվել են ճգնաժամում, եւ Մոսկվան 2016 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից արգելել է մեծ տեսականի գյուղմթերքի մատակարարումը Թուրքիայից :
Ադրբեջանն անմիջապես բացել է իր տարածքը թուրքական ապրանքների տարանցման համար` հանելով մաքսատուրքերն ու հարկերը: Դրանից հետո, թուրք մատակարարները գյուղմթերքը հասցնում են Ադրբեջան, միջինասիական երկրներ եւ ադրբեջանականի անվան տակ փորձում մտցնել ռուսաստանյան շուկա, ինչն էլ Մոսկվան կանխում է:
Ըստ Ռուսաստանյան ԶԼՄ-ների` Մոսկվայի կողմից 2016 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից Թուրքիայի դեմ իրականացվող պատժամիջոցների արդյունքում Թուրքիան մոտ 10 մլրդ դոլարի վնաս կկրի:
