Սաուդյան Արաբիան ծրագրում Է ոչ նավթային եկամուտներն ավելացնել մնչեւ 141 մլրդ դոլար

Սաուդյան Արաբիայի կառավարությունը ծրագրում Է մինչեւ 2020 թվականը եռակի ավելացնել նավթային եկամուտները: Այս մասին ասված Է հունիսի 7-ին ներկայացված՝ բարեփոխումների ազգային պլանում, որը հունիսի 6-ի երեկոյան ընդունել Է նախարարների կաբինետը, եւ որը երկրի զարգացմ ան «Թագավորության հայացք 2030» ռազմավարության բաղկացուցիչ մասն Է:
Տարածված փաստաթղթում նշված Է, որ մինչեւ 2020 թվականը նավթային հատվածից դուրս պետական եկամուտները պետք Է հասնեն 530 միլիարդ ռիալի (141 միլիարդ դոլարի), այն դեպքում, երբ ներկայում դրանք կազմում են 163,5 միլիարդ (43,6 միլիարդ դոլար): 2015 թվականին դրանք կազմել են 163,5 միլիարդ: Մասամբ դա կարող Է իրականացվել ֆինանսական քաղաքականության խստացման հաշվին, այն Է՝ ավելադիր արժեքի հարկի, գազավորված ըմպելիքների եւ սիգարետների ակցիզի սահմանման հաշվին:
Նավթահանույթի մակարդակն, ինչպես սպասվում Է, կպահպանվի ներկայիս նշագծին՝ օրական 12,5 միլիոն բարել: Սակայն բնական գազի արադրությունն, ինչպես սպասվում Է, 339,8 միլիոն խորանարդ մետրից կաճի մինչեւ 504 միլիոն խորանարդ մետր: Ըստ որում նավթի վերամշակման ծավալն իշխանությունները ծրագրում են օրական 2,9 միլիոն բարելից ավելացնել մինչեւ 3,3 միլիոն բարել, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
