Ամենաաղմկահարույց դատական հայցերը՝ ընդդեմ համաշխարհային աստղերի

Հանրահայտ աստղերի թիկնապահները, աշխատողները և երեխաների դայակները հաճախ են դժգոհում իրենց ղեկավարների վերաբերմունքից կամ առաջարկած պայմաններից: Նրանցից ոմանք հասցրել են մեծ աղմուկ բարձրացնել և դատական հայցերի միջոցով կլորիկ գումարներ պոկել իրենց հայտնի գործատուներից:
Մերայա Քերի
Երգչուհու կյանքում հայտնվեցի միանգամից մի քանի դատական գործեր: Մինչ նա ամուսնալուծվում էր ընդդեմ երգչուհու նոր հայց ներկայացվեց: Երգչուհու երեխաների դայակը դատի էր տվել, քանի որ նա աշխատեցրել էր կնոջը շաբաթական 100 ժամ և բացի երեխաներին հետևելուց կատարել էր նաև տան որոշ աշխատանքներ: 7000 դոլլար աշխատավար ստացող դայակը պահանջեց 100 հազար դոլլար պատճառված վնասի համար:

Հայտնի երգչուհուն դատի էր տվել իր ասիստենտը: Նա պահանջում էր երգչուհուց 380 000 դոլլար այն բանի համար, որ բացի երգչուհուն համերգային շրջագայություններին ուղեկցելուց ամեն օր ծառայել է որպես զարթուցիչ, չի ունեցել անգամ ընդմիջման կամ ընթրիքի ժամանակ: Ըստ նրա խոսքի երգչուհու մոտ աշխատել է որպես ստրուկ շաբաթը 7 օր, օրը 24 ժամ:
Նաոմի Քեմփբելլ
Հայտնի մոդելին դատի է տվել սպասավորներից մեկը, քանի որ երգչուհին հեռախոսով հարվածել է նրա գլխին: Հատնի մոդելը դատապարտվել էր 5 օրվա հասարակական աշխատանքի և 365 000 դոլլար վճարելու՝ բժշկական ծախսերի համար: Սա Նաոմիի միակ բռնության դեպքը չէ:

Լատինոամերիկյան փոփ դիվային դատի է տվել նրա վարորդը՝ Հակոբ Մանուկյանը: Նա պահանջել է փոխհատուցում աշխատանքային պայմանագիրը խախտելու և խարդախության համար: Ըստ վարորդի երգչուհուն իր դեմ է տրամադրել երգչուհու մենեջերը:
Բրիթնի Սփիրս
Հայտնի երգչուհու աշխատողները մեկ անգամ չէ, որ դատի են տվել նրան: Սկզբում նրա երեխաների դայակը դատական հայց է ներկայացրել, որում ասվում է, որ դայակնը աշխատել է մեկ ամիս, հետո ազատվել է աշխատանքից և չի ստացել իր աշխատավարձը: Հետագայում նրան դատի է տվել թիկնապահը, ով մեղադրում էր երգչուհուն սեռական ոտնձգություններ իրականացնելու մեջ: Թիկնապահն ասել է, որ երգչուհին իր առաջ հաճախ է մերկ հայտնվել և փորձել է գրավել իր ուշադրությունը:
