Ադրբեջանի Azercell խոշորագույն բջջային օպերատորը կառուպցիայի պատճառով վերանալու վրա է

ԱՄՆ-ում եւ Եվրոպայի որոշ երկրներում կոռուպցիայի վերաբերյալ գործերի հետաքննությունը կարող է բերել Ադրբեջանի խոշորագույն բջջային օպերատորի` Azercell-ի փակմանը:

Գործակալության աղբյուրները նշում են, որ շվեդա-ֆիննական TeliaSonera հեռահաղորդակցական ընկերությունը, որին արդեն երկար ժամանակ մեղադրում են կոռուպցիայի մեջ եւ որին պատկանում է Azercell-ի բաժնետոմսերի 59 տոկոսը, ձգտում է վաճառել նախկին խորհրդային հանրապետոթյուններում ունեցած իր բոլոր ակտիվները:
Սակայն, TeliaSonera-ի բիզնեսի հետաքննությունն Ադրբեջանում եւ Ուզբեկստանում, որն անցկացնում են ԱՄՆ-ը, հանդիսանում է ընկերության ակտիվների վաճառքի գծով բանակցությունների հետաձգման հիմնական պատճառը:
Azercell-ում TeliaSonera-ի մասնաբաժնի նկատմամբ հետաքրքրություն է դրսեւորում թուրքական Turkcell օպերատորը, որը ներկայում օֆշորյան Fintur Holding ընկերության միջոցով TeliaSonera-ի հետ համատեղ տիրում է ադրբեջանական բջջային օպերատորի բաժնետոմսերի 59 տոկոսին:
Turkcell-ի իրավաբաններն անհանգստացած են այն բանով, որ կոռուպցիայի մասին գործերի շարունակվող հետաքննությունը, որոնք անցկացնում են ԱՄՆ-ը, կարող է դառնալ միջոցների կալանքի տակ վերցնելու պատճառ, որոնք պետք է վճարվեն Azercell-ի մասնաբաժնի վաճառքից: Նրանք անհանգստացած են նաեւ այն բանով, որ Azercell-ի արտոնագիրը, որի ժամկետը լրանում է այս տարվա վերջին, կարող են չերկարացնել:
Մայիսի 3-ին Շվեդիայի դատախազությունը հայտարարել է TeliaSonera-ի նկատմամբ հետաքննությունը դադարեցնելու մասին, որին կասկածում էին Ադրբեջանում կաշառք տալու մեջ: Այս մասին հայտարարել է հետաքննությունը ղեկավարող դատախազ Գուննար Ստետլերը:
Այդուհանդերձ, Turkcell-ի փաստաբանները գտնում են, որ Azercell-ի բաժնետոմսերի ձեռք բերումը ռիսկային է, քանի որ կոռուպցիայի մասին գործի հետաքննությունը դեռեւս շարունակվում է:
