Steptohealth.ru կայքը գրում է, որ առողջ մազերն ավելի արագ են աճում: Որպեսզի մազերն առողջ լինեն, կարող եք օգտագործել հետևյալ բնական միջոցները:

1. Կես բաժակ ձիթապտղի յուղը խառնեք 2 ճաշի գդալ ռոզմարինի հետ, դրեք ջեռոցում և պահեք 2 րոպե: Ստացված զանգվածը պետք է ծածկել և թողնել 3 օր: Ապա ստացված զանգվածը պետք է քսել մազերին: Այս միջոցն օգտագործել խորհուրդ է տրվում մազերը լվանալուց հետո:

2. Կանաչ թեյ խմեք, քանի որ այն մեր օրգանիզմի համար բավական օգտակար հատկություններ ունի, այդ թվում՝ սնում է մազերը, դրանք դարձնում ուժեղ և առողջ, նպաստում դրանց աճին:

3. Որպեսզի մազերն ավելի ամուր դառնան, օրգանիզմն անհրաժեշտ է ապահովել B և E վիտամինների անհրաժեշտ քանակով: Դրանք պարունակում են բուսական յուղերը, ավոկադոն, ընկույզը:

4. Ձվի դեղնուցը շատ օգտակար է մազերի համար: 3 ձվի դեղնուցը հարեք և քսեք մազերին: Մազերը լվացեք 15 րոպե անց՝ տաք ջրով:

5. Կարտոֆիլը խաշելուց հետո ջուրը մի թափեք, դրանով լվացեք մազերը: Այն մազերին թողեք մի քանի րոպե, ապա լվացեք:

6. Եղինջը մազերի արագ աճին նպաստող լավագույն միջոցներից մեկն է: Այն սնում է մազերը:

7. Ալոէի հյութը խառնեք  2 ճաշի գդալ մեղրի հետ և ստացված զանգվածը քսեք մազերի մաշկին: 20 րոպե անց լվացեք մազերը:

8. Սոխը կտրատեք և ավելացրեք ձեր շամպունի մեջ: 15 օր թողեք այդպես, ապա այն օգտագործեք մազերը լվանալիս: Սա կնպաստի մազերի արագ աճին, բացի այդ՝ մազերին փայլ կհաղորդի:

9. 1 լոլիկը խառնեք ալոէի և ձիթապտղի յուղի հետ: Ստացված զանգվածը քսեք գլխի մաշկին: Որոշ ժամանակ անց լվացեք մազերը:

10. Առավոտյան քաղցած վիճակում ձիթապտղի յուղ և կաթ խմեք:

11. Վիտամին E-ի պարունակության շնորհիվ բանանը սնում է մազերը: Բանանը ճզմեք և ավելացրեք 1 ճաշի գդալ մեղր: Ստացված զանգվածը քսեք գլխի մաշկին և լվացեք որոշ ժամանակ անց:
