Անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության պետը Skype-ով պատասխանել է հայրենակիցների հարցերին

ՀՀ ոստիկանության անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության պետ Մնացական Բիչախչյանը հունիսի 7-ին Skype-ի միջոցով պատասխանել է մեր հայրենակիցներին հետաքրքրող հարցերին, որոնք վերաբերել են երեխայի քաղաքացիություն ձեռք բերելու հիմքերին և Հայաստանի քաղաքացիություն ստանալու դիմումի ընթացքի մասին ծանուցմանը։
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանության պաշտոնական կայքի հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված է. «Օտարերկրյա պետությունից զանգահարած քաղաքացին խնդրել էր պարզաբանել հետևյալ հարցը. անձը ծնվել է Հայաստանում, 14 տարեկանում բնակության են տեղափոխվել այլ պետություն, երեխայի ծնվելու պահին ծնողները եղել են Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներ: Ներկայումս այլ պետության քաղաքացիություն ստանալու համար պահանջվում է փաստաթուղթ, համաձայն որի՝ անձը չի համարվում Հայաստանի քաղաքացի:
Զանգահարողին պարզաբանվել է, որ անձին նման փաստաթուղթ չի կարող տրվել, քանի որ եթե երեխայի ծնվելու պահին ծնողները Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներ են հանդիսացել, ապա անկախ ծնվելու վայրից օրենքի ուժով ձեռք է բերում Հայաստանի քաղաքացիություն:
Օտարերկրյա պետությանից զանգահարած մեկ այլ քաղաքացի էլ հայտնել է, որ Անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչությունում դիմում և համապատասխան փաստաթղթեր է հանձնել՝ Հայաստանի քաղաքացիություն ստանալու համար և ցանկանում է պարբերաբար հետևել դիմումի ընթացքին:
Նրան տեղեկացվել է, որ շուրջ 4 տարի է, ինչ ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ստանալու և դադարեցնելու դիմումների ընթացքի ծանուցման մասով սահմանվել է առավել ճկուն և հասանելի մեխանիզմ. դիմումները Անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչություն մուտքագրվելու, ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմ ուղարկելու և Նախագահի կողմից հրամանագիրը ստորագրելու հաջորդական քայլերի վերաբերյալ դիմումատուին ծանուցվում է SMS հաղորդագրությամբ՝ բջջային հեռախոսին՝: Ընձեռնվել է հնարավորություն դիմումի ընթացքին հետևել վարչության պաշտոնական ինտերնետային կայքի միջոցով՝ մուտքագրելով իրեն տրված անհ ատական ծածկագիրը: 2016 թվականի հունիսի 3-ից սկսած Հայաստանի քաղաքացիություն ստանալու և դադարեցնելու դիմումի ընթացքի վերաբերյալ քաղաքացին www.passportvisa.am կայքի փոխարեն կարող է առցանց ծանոթանալ ՀՀ ոստիկանության www.police.amպաշտոնական կայքի միջոցով՝ «Հետևեք ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ստանալու և քաղաքացիությունը դադարեցնելու դիմումների ընթացքին» բաժնում՝ մուտքագրելով իրեն տրված անհատական ծածկագիրը, ինչպես և իր ծննդյան տարին, ամիսը և օրը:
