ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարությունը, Շվեյցարիայի զարգացման գործակալության հետ համատեղ հունիսի 8-9-ը Շիրակի մարզի Գյումրի քաղաքում կիրականացնի 5 փրկարարական ջոկատների համատեղ վարժանք` ուժեղ երկրաշարժի սցենարով: Թեման` «Երկրաշարժի դեպքում բնակչության պաշտպանության միջոցառումների իրականացումը և կազմակերպումը»:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից:

Ուսումնավարժությանն ընդգրկված են նաև ՀՀ բոլոր նախարարությունների քաղպաշտպանության և լրատվական ծառայությունների ներկայացուցիչներ: Միջոցառման հիմնական նպատակներն են`

  • Ուժեղ երկրաշարժի դեպքում բնակչության պաշտպանության միջոցառումների կազմակերպման և իրականացման գործում ՀՀ պետական կառավարման մարմինների հմտությունների ու ունակությունների կատարելագործում.
  • «Ուժեղ երկրաշարժի դեպքում ՀՀ պետական կառավարման մարմինների գործողությունների» պլանի իրատեսության ստուգում.
  • կառավարման մարմինների միջև փոխգործակցության կազմակերպում.
  • միջազգային օգնության հայտը կազմելու և ներկայացնելու հետ կապված խնդիրների քննարկում
  • համատեղ լրատվական կենտրոնի աշխատանքների կազմակերպում.
  • օգնության ժամանած փրկարարական և մարդասիրական օգնություն տեղափոխող թիմերին, ընդունող երկրի կողմից ցուցաբերվող աջակցության դրույթների և սկզբունքների ուսուցանում:

Ուսումնավարժության ընթացքում մասնակիցներին կներկայացվեն Աղետների ռիսկի կառավարման Սենդայի գործողությունների ծրագիրը, «Ուժեղ երկրաշարժի դեպքում ՀՀ պետական կառավարման մարմինների գործողությունների» պլանը և ըստ դրա գործարկվող միացյալ միջգերատեսչական ու շարժական լրատվական կենտրոնների աշխատանքի սկզբունքները:

Վարժանքի գործնական հատվածում մասնակիցները հնարավորություն կունենան ծանոթանալու ԱԻՆ շարժական լրատվական կենտրոնին, որը հագեցած է լինելու բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցներով ու սարքավորումներով աղետի գոտուց լրատվամիջոցներին օպերատիվ տեղեկատվության տրամադրելու և բնակչությանն իրազեկելու համար:
