«Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ի նոր պետը սովի է մատնել կալանավորներին. նոր բունտ է հասուանանում.«Չորրորդ իշխանություն»

«Չորրորդ իշխանություն» թերթը գրում է. «Բոլորովին վերջերս՝ մայիսի 6-ի երեկոյան, «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ պետ նշանակվեց արդարադատության գնդապետ Սերոբ Հարությունյանը: Վերջինս իր այս պաշտոնին նշանակվելուց առաջ ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վ. Գասպարյանի հրամանով հեռացվեց ոստիկանությունից: Դրան նախորդեց Գասպարյանի հայտնի ելույթը, որտեղ Սերոբ Հարությունյանի նմաններին ոստիկանապետը անվանեց դավաճան, տականք, կրիմինալ աշխարհի հետ կապ ունեցող ու այդ կրիմինալին գաղտնի լուր հաղորդող տարրեր:

Չնայած այս որակումներին եւ «գողականների» կենացը խմելու՝ տարածված տեղեկություններին, Սերոբ Հարությունյանին նշանակեցին «Նուբարաշենի» պետ:

Կալանավայրում, մեր տեղեկություններով, նոր բունտ է հասունանում: Նոր պետը որոշել է գերազանցել իր լիազորությունները եւ այնպիսի քայլերի է դիմում, որոնք առաջացրել են կալանավորների զայրույթն ու դժգոհությունը: Մասնավորապես, Հարությունյանը սահմանափակումներ է դրել կալանավորների «պերեդաչիների» հաճախականության եւ տարողունակության վրա: Արդյունքում՝ այն կալանավորներն ու նրանց բազմաթիվ խցակիցները, որոնք սնվում էին հարազատների բերածով, ստիպված են օգտվել կալանավայրի ճաշարանից: Իսկ ճաշարանը ավանդաբար պատրաստել է ավելի քիչ քանակով, ու հիմա ստեղծված վիճակում սնունդը չի հերիքում կալանավորներին:

Սերոբ Հարությունյանն էլ որոշել է թեթեւացնել կալանավայրը, այսպես կոչված, անտեր կալանավորներին ուղարկելով՝ «էտապ անելով» այլ կալանավայրեր կամ էլ «կարցեր» գցելով»:
