ՇԱԳԱՄ-ը նախագահից զենք ու զինամթերք է պահանջել

«Շուշիի առանձնակի գումարտակի ազատամարտիկների միավորումը» կամավորների առաջին ներկայացուցչական հավաքի արդյունքների եւ իրենց պահանջի մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել: Օրեր առաջ՝ հունիսի 4-ին, Հաղթանակ զբոսայգում տեղի ունեցավ իրենց կոչով կամավորագրվածների ներկայացուցչական հավաքը: Հավաքի ընթացքում ներկաները քննարկել են կամավորների պատրաստման եւ այդ նպատակով պետական մարմինների հետ համագործակցության խնդիրներն ու դրանց հավանական լուծումները: Հավաքի մասնակից կամավորները ՇԱԳԱՄ-ին լիազորել են հավաքի անունից հանդես գալ համապատասխան հայտարարություններով եւ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում դիմել նաեւ պետական մարմիններին:

Հայտարարության մեջ նշված է, որ կամավորները եւս մեկ անգամ հաստատել են Արցախի տարածքային ամբողջականության վերականգնման պատասխանատվությունն ստանձնելու իրենց պատրաստակամությունը, ինչպես նաեւ նրանք շարունակելու են ջանքեր գործադրել լայնամասշտաբ հակահարվածի միջոցով հակառակորդին ծնկի բերելու նպատակով հասարակական մոբիլիզացիայի ուղղությամբ: Այս հայտարարությամբ ՇԱԳԱՄ-ը դիմում է Զինված ուժերի գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատար Սերժ Սարգսյանին՝ հիշեցնելով մայիսի 17-ին նրա հրապարակային ու պաշտոնական հայտարարությունը, թե ովքեր ուզում են, թող գնան վերցնեն այդ կորցրած տարածքները:

Ի պատասխան այդ մարտահրավերի՝ նրանից պահանջվում է պայմաններ ստեղծել կամավորների պատրաստման համար, այդ թվում՝ անհրաժեշտ հանդերձանք, զենք եւ զինամթերքի տրամադրում:
