Նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը Ժնևում մասնակցել է ԱՄԿ համաժողովին

ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը 2016թ. հունիսի 6-8-ը Ժնևում մասնակցել է Աշխատանքի միջազգային համաժողովին: Համաժողովում իր ելույթի ընթացքում նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը ներկայացրել է Հայաստանում զբաղվածության ոլորտում իրականացվող բարեփոխումները, սոցիալական ծառայությունների որակի և հասանելիության բարելավման ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքները:
«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը հավատարիմ է միջազգային չափանիշներին համահունչ բարեփոխումներ իրականացնելուն՝ սոցիալական պաշտպանություն և հավասարություն, կայուն զբաղվածություն և բոլորի համար արժանապատիվ աշխատանք ապահովելու նպատակով: Վերջին տարիներին բազմակողմանի բարեփոխումներ են իրականացվել աշխատանքի, զբաղվածության և սոցիալական պաշտպանության ոլորտներում: Հայաստանի 2014-2025թթ. զարգացման ռազմավարությունը երկրի հեռանկարային զարգացման համար որպես առաջնահերթություն սահմանում է զբաղվածության աճը, աղքատության վերացումը, սոցիալական պաշտպանության համակարգի կատարելագործումը: ԱՄԿ-ի հետ սերտ համագործակցության արդյունքում 2015թ. Աշխատանքային օրենսգրքում էական փոփոխություններ են տեղի ունեցել, որոնք միտում ունեն աշխատանքի ազգային օրենսդրությունը համապատասխանեցնել ԱՄԿ կոնվենցիաներին և այլ միջազգային չափանիշներին: Կցանկանայի նաև ընդգծել ԱՄԿ-ի և եռակողմ գործընկերների դերը ՄԱԿ-ի Կայուն Զարգացման 2030թ. օրակարգի արդյունավետ իրականացման հարցում ՝ մասնավորապես ուղղված ներառական տնտեսական աճի խթանմանը, կայուն զբաղվածության և արժանապատիվ աշխատանքի ապահովմանը»,- նշել է նախարարը:
Աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակներում նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը հանդիպել է ԱՄԿ Գլխավոր տնօրեն Գայ Ռայդերին, ԱՄԿ Եվրոպայի տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի տնօրեն Հայնց Կոլերին և ԱՄԿ Մոսկվայի տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի տնօրեն Դ. Դիմիտրովային: Հանդիպումների ընթացքում քննարկվել է եռակողմ գործընկերների հետ համատեղ մշակվող «Արժանապատիվ աշխատանք» ծրագիրը, որն առաջիկայում կներկայացվի ԱՄԿ-ի դիտարկմանը: Նախարարը նշել է, որ ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը և սոցիալական գործընկերները սերտորեն համագործակցում են G20-ի ծրա գրի և ԱՄԿ Երիտասարդների զբաղվածության ոլորտում գործընկերության ծրագրի շրջանակներում: Նաև բարձր է գնահատել Մոսկվայի տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի հետ սերտ համագործակցությունը:
ԱՄԿ գլխավոր տնօրեն Գայ Ռայդերն իր հերթին ԱՄԿ անունից ողջունել է ՀՀ կառավարության ջանքերը, ոլորտում իրականացվող բարեփոխումները և արձանագրված առաջընթացը: ԱՄԿ գլխավոր տնօրենը կարևորել է մեր երկրում սոցիալական գործընկերության բարձր մակարդակը և սերտ համագործակցության և աջակցության պատրաստակամություն հայտնել:
Հանդիպումների ընթացքում պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել ԱՄԿ-ի աջակցությամբ Հայաստանում սկսել «Արժանապատիվ աշխատանք» նոր ծրագիր, որը քառամյա ծրագիր է և կաջակցի աշխատանքի, զբաղվածության, աշխատավարձի և սոցիալական գործընկերության բարեփոխումներին:
Ծրագիրը ստորագրելու և տեղում ոլորտում իրականացվող բարեփոխումներին ծանոթանալու նպատակով նախարարը Արտեմ Ասատրյանը ԱՄԿ Եվրոպայի տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի տնօրեն պարոն Հայնց Կոլերին հրավիրել է Հայաստան:
Հայաստանը համաժողովին ներկայացել է եռակողմ՝ ՀՀ կառավարության, Հայաստանի գործատուների հանրապետական միության և ՀՀ արհմիությունների կոնֆեդերացիայի մասնակցությամբ:
