ՀԱՊԿ ԱԽ քարտուղարները քննարկել են միջազգային ահաբեկչության դեմ համատեղ պայքարի հարցը

Երեւանում հունիսի 8-ին տեղի ունեցավ Հավաքական անվտանգության մասին պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) անվտանգության խորհուրդների քարտուղարների կոմիտեի նիստը, որը վարում էր ՀԱՊԿ-ում նախագահող երկրի՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գեւորգյանը:
Նիստին մասնակցում էին ՀԱՊԿ բոլոր անդամ-պետությունների անվտանգության խորհուրդների պատվիրակությունները եւ Կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ԱԱԽ աշխատակազմից:
Նախ տեղի ունեցավ նեղ կազմով հանդիպումը, որի ընթացքում մասնավորապես քննարկվեցին միջազգային ահաբեկչության ու ծայրահեղականության հակազդման ոլորտում համագործակցությանը, մինչեւ 2025 թվականի համար ՀԱՊԿ հավաքական անվտանգության ռազմավարության նախագծի համաձայնեցման ընթացքին վերաբերող հարցեր: ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան հանդես եկավ միջազգային ահաբեկչության ու ծայրահեղականության դեմ պայքարի ոլորտում ՀԱՊԿ անդամ-երկրների հավաքական անվտանգության համակարգերի զարգացման հարցում լրացուցիչ միջոցառումների մասին զեկույցով: Տեղեկություններ ներկայացվեցին նաեւ ՀԱՊԿ՝ մշտական հիմունքներով գործող մարմինների պաշտոնատար անձանց ռոտացիայի մասին որոշման կատարման ընթացքի մասին:
Նիստն այնուհետեւ շարունակվեց ընդլայնված կազմով՝ պատվիրակությունների անդամների մասնակցությամբ, որի ընթացքում քննարկվեցին եւ ստորագրվեցին «ՀԱՊԿ անդամ-պետություններում ահաբեկչական եւ ծայրահեղական ճանաչված կազմակերպությունների ցանկի մասին», «Արտաքին քաղաքականության, անվտանգության եւ պաշտպանության հարցերով ՀԱՊԿ անդամ-պետությունների ներկայացուցիչների 2016թ. երկրորդ կիսամյակի եւ 2017թ. առաջին կիսամյակի խորհրդատվությունների պլանի մասին» որոշումները, ինչպես նաեւ անվտանգության ոլորտին առնչվող մի շարք այլ փաստաթղթեր:
Որոշվեց, որ ՀԱՊԿ անվտանգության խորհուրդների քարտուղարների կոմիտեի հաջորդ նիստը տեղի կունենա 2016թ. հոկտեմբերին Երեւանում:
ՀԱՊԿ անվտանգության խորհուրդների քարտուղարների կոմիտեի նիստի շրջանակներում կայացել է Ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գեւորգյանի հանդիպումը ՌԴ անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Պատրուշեւի հետ, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են երկու երկրների անվտանգության խորհուրդների աշխատակազմերի համագործակցության, առաջիկա խորհրդատվությունների կազմակերպման, ինչպես նաև փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող այլ հարցեր:
Նիստի շրջանակում Ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար, ՀԱՊԿ անվտանգության խորհուրդների քարտուղարների կոմիտեի նախագահ Արմեն Գեւորգյանը ընդունել է ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժային: Ն.Բորդյուժան առաջին հերթին շնորհավորեց Արմեն Գեւորգյանին՝ պաշտոնում նշանակվելու կապակցությամբ, այնուհետև ներկայացրեց Կազմակերպությունում ՀՀ նախագահության առաջնայնությունների ու ՀԱՊԿ կանոնադրական մարմինների որոշումների իրագործման ընթացքը:
