Ինչպես խնամել ոտքերն ամռանը

Ամռանը, եթե մենք ծովափում չենք, ապա հագնում ենք սաբոներ, բարձրակրունկ բոկոտիկներ: Նորաձևությունն իր կանոններն է թելադրում․ կարևորը՝ չդառնալ դրա զոհը, քանի որ կոշտուկները շատ հաճախ հետապնդում են բարձրակրունկ կոշիկների սիրահարներին: Ինչպե՞ս խնամել որտքերը ամռանը և խուսափել տհաճ հետևանքներից:
Կոշտուկներ, հարված մաշկ
Այս երկու խնդիրներն առաջանում են անհարմար կոշիկի պատճառով: Օրինակ, եթե զույգը նոր է և չհագած, ձեր ոտքի համար անհարմար է, ապա այն հարում է մաշկը և արդյունքում կոշտուկ է առաջանում: Իսկ եթե քիչ եք հագնում այդ կոշիկը, ապա այն ուղղակի հարում է մաշկը:
Մի փորձեք կտրել կոշտուկը, առավել ևս՝ այն դեպքում, եթե այն ջրային է: Դրա տակ դեռ նոր մաշկ չի ձևավորվել: Վերքի վրա բակտերիաներ կընկնեն և այն կբորբոքվի:
Բորբոքումից խուսափելու համար պետք է օգտագործել հատուկ սպեղանի: Դրանք դիմանում են ամենօրյա լոգանքներին և ծովին, չորացնում են կոշտուկը և վերականգնում մաշկը:
Եթե մաշկը հարվել է, ձեզ կօգնեն ծովի աղով լոգանքները, ինչպես նաև տարբեր սպեղանիները, որոնք պետք է օգտագործել քանի դեռ մաշկը չի վերականգնվել:
Իսկ ահա կոշիկը, որը ձեզ այդքան անհարմարություն է պատճառել պետք է հագնել այնքան, մինչև բացվի կամ թողնել հազարից մեկ հագնելու համար:
