«Այն պահից սկսած, երբ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հայտարարեց գյուղնախարարությունում փոխնախարարների հավանական կրճատումների մասին, այդ գերատեսչությունում «գիր-ղուշ» են գցում՝ պարզելու, թե ով Է լինելու կրճատվողը։ Նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը, ինչպես հայտնի Է, 5 տեղակալ ունի՝ նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Գրիշա Բաղիյան, Գառնիկ Պետրոսյան, Ռոբերտ Մակարյան, Սամվել Գալստյան, Արմեն Հարությունյան։ Ըստ մեր աղբյուրի, կառավարությունում որոշել են կրճատել նրանց, որոնք «հին» են ու «թույլ» մեջք ունեն։ Գրիշա Բաղիյանը, Սամվել Գալստյանն ու Գառնիկ Պետրոսյանը սովետական կադրեր են, եւ, ըստ մեր աղբյուրի, նրանից մեկին որոշել են ուղարկել թոշակի։ Ու հիմա, հեռացման վտանգն զգացած փոխնախարարները փորձում են լոբբինգ անել ու համոզել, որ փորձառուներին չի կարելի փոխարինել «դեղնակտուցներով»։
Փոխնախարարներից մեկը՝ Արմեն Հարությունյանը, կառույցում նոր Է՝ 2013– ից, ընդամենը 34 տարեկան Է։ Սակայն նախարարությունում չեն բացառում, որ կրճատվողներից մեկն էլ հենց նա կլինի։ Նա սահմանափակ լիազորություններ ունի, ու նախարարությունն առանց նրա Էլ յոլա կգնա։ Որպես մյուս հավանական կրճատվողի անուն՝ շրջանառվում Է Սամվել Գալստյանի անունը։ Սակայն, ըստ մեր աղբյուրի, իշխանությունը դեռ վերջնական որոշում չի կայացրել «ում պահել, ում հանել» դիլեմայում։ Վճռորոշ Է լինելու հատկապես կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանի կարծիքը։ Ի դեպ, գյուղնախի կայքում նախարարի աշխատակազմի հաստիքացուցւսկում 4 ռեֆերենտ Է նշված, 7 խորհրդական, 8 օգնական, 7 վարորդ»,–գրում է թերթը։
