«Բաղրամյան պողոտայի բնակիչ Մարգարիտա Սիմոնյանը իր բնակարանում կատարված խոշոր չափերի գողության մեջ մեղադրում է ոստիկանության Երևանի վարչության պետի օպերգծով նախկին տեղակալ Արթուր Մեհրաբյանին։

Այս մասին երեկ մեր զրույցում բարձրաձայնեց Մարգարիտա Սիմոնյանը։ Նա պատմեց, որ իր բնակարանում գողության երկու դեպք է կատարվել։ Առաջին դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել 2011 թվականի մայիսին, բնակարանից գողացել են որոշակի գումար և Մադոննայի պատկերով ոսկյա կուլոն, որը մորից Էր ժառանգել։ Սիմոնյանը մեզ պատմեց, որ առաջին գողության ժամանակ ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին հաղորդում Է ներկայացրել, սակայն խորապես զղջացել Է իր այդ քայլի համար, քանի որ ոստիկանության քննիչ Վահե Խաչատրյանի կողմից անձամբ կատարվել Է երկրորդ, շատ ավելի խոշոր գողություն։ Գողոնը, ըստ Մարգարիտա Սիմոնյանի, հետագայում փոխանցվել Է Արթուր Մեհրաբյանին։ Ներկայացնելով դեպքի վերաբերյալ մանրամասներ, տիկին Սիմոնյանն ասաց. «Առաջին գողությունից տևական ժամանակ հետո, քննիչ Վահե Խաչատրյանը իբր քննություն կատարելու նպատակով միայնակ ժամանել Է իմ բնակարան այն բանից հետո, երբ ինձնից տեղեկացել էր, որ բնակարանում կա թանկարժեք հնաոճ ոսկեղեն։ Նա գողության հանգամանքները պարզելու փոխարեն, ինձնից պահանջել Է ցույց տալ, թե որտեղ Է գտնվում իմ ոսկեղենը։ Ոսկեղենս ննջարանում Էր, նա պինդ նստեց այդտեղ և ինձ անընդհատ ուղարկում Էր խոհանոց սուրճ եփելու, իբր իրեն խանգարում եմ աշխատել։ Նրա գնալուց հետո հայտնաբերել եմ, որ իմ ամբողջ ոսկեղենը զարդատուփի մեջ չէ, նրանից բացի ուրիշ ոչ մի անձ իմ բնակարան չի մտել։ Այս մասին բազմիցս դիմել եմ անձամբ այն ժամանակվա ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Ալիկ Սարգսյանին, նրա տեղակալ Սաշիկ Աֆյանին և Արաբկիրի ոստիկանության պետ Արթուր Մեհրաբյանին, սակայն նրանցից ոչ մեկ մատը մատին չի տվել գործը բացահայտելու համար, ավելին ես համոզված եմ, որ իմ ոսկեղենից իրենց և հատկապես Արթուր Մեհրաբյանին է բաժին հասել»։ Այսպիսով, Սիմոնյանի բնակարանից գողացվել է շուրջ 16 տեսակի հնաոճ զարդեր շվեյցարական ոսկյա ժամացույցներ, ադամանդյա մատանիներ, կուլոններ, որոնց մեծ մասը Սիմոնյանը ժառանգել է իր մորից, որն, ի դեպ, հայտնի բժշկուհի է եղել։

ՀՔԾ-ն այս դեպքով քրեական գործ է հարուցել, սակայն գործը տեղից չի շարժվում»,–գրում է թերթը։
