Միացյալ Նահանգների Google ընկերությունը, որը Alphabet հոլդինգի մաս Է կազմում, ունի մեծ արագության անհաղորդալար Համացանցին բնակավայրերի միացման նոր տեխնոլոգիա: Ինչպես հունիսի 8-ին հայտնել Է The Wall Street Journal թերթը, այս նորամուծությունն ավելի Էժան Է, քան կաբելային միացումը:
Հրատարակությունը հատվածներ Է մեջբերում հոլդինգի բաժնետերերի՝ հունիսի 8-ին կայացած տարեկան ժողովում Alphabet -ի գործադիր տնօրեն Էրիկ Շմիդտի ելույթից: Ավելի կատարյալ միկրոպրոցեսորները եւ Wi-Fi ազդանշանի ավելի ճշգրիտ մակածումն «անհաղորդալար Համացանցը դարձրել են ավելի Էժան, քան ձեր տան բակում կաբելի անցկացումը», հայտարարել Է Շմիդտը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ այդ տեխնոլոգիան թույլ Է տալիս հասնել տվյալների հաղորդման վայրկյանում մինչեւ 1 գիգաբիտ արագության: Դա համարժեք Է այն արագությանը, որը Google-ն ԱՄՆ-ի հինգ քաղաքներում ապահովում Է օպտիկամանրաթելային կաբելով:
Ընկերությունն ավելի վաղ հայտնել Է, որ նոր տեխնոլոգիայի փորձարկումը կատարում Է Քանզաս Սիթիում (Քանզասի նահանգ): Google-ը մտադիր Է մեծ արագության անհաղորդալար Համացանցի ցուցադրական մոդելը լայն հանրությանը ներկայացնել 2017 թվականին, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
