Դուք գիտեի՞ք, որ որոշ մրգերի կեղևները պարունակում են մեծ քանակով վիտամիններ և այլ օգտակար նյութեր։ Նարինջի կեղևը այդ առումով իսկական գտածո է։

Մեկ նարինջը պարունակում է  ավելի քան 60 ֆլավոնոիդներ և 170 ֆիտոնուտրիենտներ, որոնք օգտակար են մեր օրգանիզմի համար և ոչ միայն։ Այս օրգանական միացությունները կարող են օգտագործվել նաև մաշկը մաքրելու և անգամ տունը մաքրելու համար։ Մեկ բաժակ ջրի մեջ լուծված ընդամենը մեկ գդալ քացախով կարելի  է կեղևը դարձնել իդեալական մաքուր և սկսել այն օգտագործել։

Նարինջի կեղևը շատ դառն է, իսկ այդ դառնությունը շատ լավ է  ազդում նյութափոխանակության վրա, լավացնում է  մարսողությունը, անցկացնում այրոցքը։ Այն դադարեցնում է  սրտխառնոցը և հաղորդում առույգություն։ Կեղևից ստացած փոշին բացում է շնչուղիները, պայքարում հազի և ասթմայի դեմ։

Եթերային յուղերը, որոնցով հարուստ է նարինջը, ունի հակամիկրոբային ֏ հակաբորբոքային հատկություններ։ Այն պահպանում է նորմալ թթվայնություն ստամոքսում, մաքրում է  լյարդը։

Նարնջի կեղևի օգտագործումը շատ օգտակար է ավելորդ քաշ ունեցող մարդկանց համար, քանի որ այն չեզոքացնում է ավելորդ խոլեստերինը։ Այն նաև կանխարգելում է  ուղիղ աղիքի քաղցկեղը։

Նարնջի կեղևը կարելի է  նաև օգատործել հանգստացնող և թուլացնող վաննա ընդունելիս, անքնության և նյարդային հյուծվածության պարագայում։

Նարնջի կեղևը գեղեցկության գերազանց պաշտպանիչ է։

Եթե ունեք յուղոտ մաշկ, ապա նարինջի կեղևը հաջող պրոֆիլակտիկ միջոց է։ Կեղևի կտորները  բնական սկրաբ են, որոնք շերտազատում են մաշկի բոլոր անպետք հատվածները։
