Հայկական երկու կողմերը միշտ էլ ողջունել են հրադադարի ռեժիմի ամրապնդմանն ուղղված ցանկացած միջոցառում: Այդ մասին կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Շավարշ Քոչարյանը:
«Խոսքը վերաբերում է նաև շփման գծում միջադեպերի հետաքննման մեխանիզմների կիրառմանը, դիպուկահարների հետ քաշմանը, մշտադիտարկման գործըթնացին՝ այսինքն Կասպշիկի աշխատակազմի լիազորությունների ընդլայնմանն ու մոնիտորինգի համար հսկիչ սարքերի տեղադրմանը: Արդեն անընդունելի է դառնում , երբ կողմերից մեկը խախտում է թույլ տալիս , և բոլորը գիտեն՝ թե ով է խախտողը, բայց անհասցե կոչեր են հնչում»- ընդգծեց Քոչարյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ առաջիկայում պարզ կդառնա, արդյոք Ադրբեջանը կո՞ղմ է Վիեննայի հանդիպման ժամանակ ձեռքբերված համաձայնագրերի իրականացմանը , թե՞ կփորձի դրանց կատարումը պայմանավորել այլ հարցերով:
«Կարևորն այն է, որ արդեն ներկայացվել են առաջարկները և կողմերը քննարկում են կոնկրետ փաստաթղթեր: Այստեղ արդեն կերևա՝ իրոք Ադրբեջանը պատրաստ է գնալ այդ ճանապարհով, թե կփորձի այդ միջոցառումների իրականացումը կապել այլ հարցերի հետ: Մեր եզրակացությունը շատ պարզ է՝ դա պետք է և անհրաժեշտ»,- շեշտեց ՀՀ փոխարտգործնախարարը:
