Հայաստանի և Լիտվայի գյուղնախարարությունների միջև ստորագրվել է համագործակցության ծրագիր

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը հունիսի 9-ին ընդունել է Լիտվայի գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի տեղակալ Սաուլյուս Յակիմավիչյուսի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը, որը եռօրյա այցով Հայաստանում է գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտին ծանոթանալու համար:

Ողջունելով հյուրերին` նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանն ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանի անկախացումից ի վեր Լիտվայի հետ ձևավորվել են սերտ հարաբերություններ, այդ թվում` նաև գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում: Այս մասին  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

«Վստահ եմ, որ այս այցելությունը նոր խթան կհանդիսանա մեր երկու երկրների միջև համագործակցության զարգացման և ընդլայնման համար և նման հանդիպումները կկրեն շարունակական բնույթ», - նշել է նախարարը: 

Պատվիրակության ղեկավար Սաուլյուս Յակիմավիչյուսն իր հերթին նշել է, որ լիտվական կողմը հետաքրքրված է Հայաստանի հետ գյուղատնտեսության բնագավառում համագործակցության զարգացմամբ և ոլորտի տարբեր ճյուղերում  փորձի փոխանակմամբ:

Երկկողմ փոխգործակցությունն ավելի արդյունավետ կազմակերպելու նպատակով նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանն առաջարկել է պատվիրակության անդամներին ուսումնասիրել համատեղ ընկերություններ հիմնելու հնարավորությունը:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերի միջև ստորագրվել է «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության և Լիտվայի Հանրապետության գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության միջև գյուղատնտեսության բնագավառում համագործակցության 2016 թվականի գործողությունների պլան» փաստաթուղթը:

Պլանով նախատեսվում է խթանել երկկողմ համագործակցությունը ագրարային ոլորտում և ընթացիկ տարում իրականացնել մի շարք համատեղ գործողություններ: Մասնավորապես, անասնաբուծության ոլորտում Լիտվան հայկական կողմին կտրամադրի խորհրդատվություն և մեթոդոլոգիական աջակցություն անասնաբուծական ֆերմաների կառավարման և կենդանիների բուծման հարցերում:

Բացի այդ, հայկական կողմին աջակցություն կցուցաբերվի ձկնաբուծության կառավարումը բարելավելու ուղղությամբ: Այդ նպատակով կներկայացվի Լիտվայի փորձը ձկների հիվանդությունների կանխարգելման, ինչպես նաև ձկան արժեքավոր տեսակների բուծման գործում, որոնք հիմնականում աճեցվում են փակ ցիկլի ջրային համակարգերում: 

Փաստաթղթով նախատեսվում է խորհրդատվության և մեթոդոլոգիական աջակցության տրամադրում օրգանական գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման հարցում, ինչպես նաև համագործակցության ընդլայնում Լիտվայի և Հայաստանի խորհրդատվական ծառայությունների միջև:

Վերը նշված գործողությունների իրականացման ընթացքում գործողությունների պլանն ավելի արդյունավետ իրականացնելու նպատակով կկազմակերպվեն հայ և լիտվացի մասնագետների փոխայցելություններ:

Հանդիպման ավարտին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարը խնդրել է պատվիրակության ղեկավարին իր լիտվացի գործընկերոջը փոխանցել Հայաստան այցելելու հրավերը:
