Ինչպես են կեղծում արագաչափ սարքերի տվյալները

Նարեկ Նավասարդյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Վերջին ժամանակներս հաճախակի են դարձել դեպքերը, երբ որոշ ՃՈ մեքենաների կողմից տեսագրվում են թուլատրելի արագության գերազանցման խախտումներ, որոնք իրականությանը չեն համապատասխանում: Նմանօրինակ պատմության մեջ ընկել եմ նաև ինքս` մոտ 3 անգամ, նույն պետավտոտեսուչների կողմից, որն իհարկե մեծ հետաքրքրություն առաջացրեց ՃՈ մեքենաներում տեղադրված արագաչափերի աշխատանքի մեխանիզմի նկատմամբ:
Իսկրա 1 արագաչափերի տեխնիկական նկարագրության ձեռնարկի 15-րդ էջում մանրամասն նկարագրվում է, թե ինչպես է հնարավոր կեղծել արագությունների գերազանցման փաստերը: Փաստորեն սարքի կարգավորումները փոխելով ստացիոնար ռեժիմ և շարժվելով ընթացող մեքենային հանդիպակաց ուղղությամբ, արագությունները գումարվում են: Մասնավորապես` եթե Դուք մայրուղիով շարժվում եք 90 կմ/ժ արագությամբ, իսկ ՃՈ մեքենան մտնելով շրջադարձի գոտի, շարժվում է Ձեզ հանդիպակաց ուղղությամբ 15 կմ/ժ արագությամբ, ապա սարքը Ձեր արագությունը ֆիքսելու է 105 կմ/ժ : Իհարկե սարքի վրա նկարելու ընթացքում ֆիքսվում է, որ սարքը ստացիոնար ռեժիմով է աշխատել(այլ ոչ թե դինամիկ), բայց վարորդների 99% տեղյակ չեն սարքի աշխատանքի մեխանիզմին: Այս եղանակով տեսագրված <<խախտումները>> իհարկե դատարան չեն հասնում, քանի որ փորձաքննության ժամանակ կեղծիքի բացահայտումը անխուսափելի է: Սակայն դա հիանալի մեթոդ է արագաչափի աշխատանքային մեխանիզմից բնականաբար անտեղյակ վարորդներից գումար պոկելու, կամ աշխատանքային օրական պլանը կատարելու համար:
