Հարկային օրենսգրքով կպաշտպանվի հարկման ուղղահայաց արդարությունը

Հարկային օրենսգրքի նախագծով առաջարկվում է ավելացնել 204 հազար դրամից ավելի աշխատավարձ ստացողների եկամտային հարկի բեռը, իսկ դրանից ցածր ստացողների համար՝ հարկային բեռը նվազեցնել: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ Վախթանգ Միրումյանը: «Եթե մենք խոսում ենքեկամուտների վերաբաշխման մասին,եթե մենք խոսում ենք հարկմանուղղահայաց արդարությանպահպանման մասին, իհարկե,ընդունում ենք այն մոտեցումը, որբարձր եկամուտ ունեցողը պետք է տաշատ, ցածր եկամուտ ունեցողը տաքիչ»,-«Արմենպրես»< span>-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Միրումյանը:
Նա հստակեցրեց, որ նախագծով սահմանվել է, որ մինչև 204 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձի դեպքում եկամտահարկի բեռը չի ավելանում, այլ նվազում է: «Օրինակ, մեկի համար կարող է նվազել 1500 դրամով, մեկի համար 1000 դրամով, բայց փաստ է, որ մինչև 204 հազար աշխատավարձի դեպքում բեռը նվազում է: Հիմա որևէ մեկը չի կարող ասել, որ 150 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձ ստացողի համար 1000 դրամ իջեցումն ավելի փոքր նշանակություն ունի, քան 4 միլիոն աշխատավարձ ստացողի համար 40 հազար դրամ նվազումը»,- ընդգծեց Վախթանգ Միրումյանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ Հարկային օրենսգրքի շուրջ քննարկումները դեռ շարունակվելու են և կարող են լինել փոփոսխություններ:
