Ադրբեջանում պաշտոնապես մեկնարկ է տրվել Ալիեւ կրտսերի` Իլհամ Ալիեւի անձի պաշտամունքին եւս:

Վկայակոչելով Meydan TV ինտերնետային հեռուստաալիքի կայքը, դա արել է Բաքվի Սաբայիլի շրջանի գործադիր իշխանության ղեկավար Էլդար Ազիզովը, ով Ադրբեջանում Ալիեւների ընտանիքին քծնելու իր ջանքերով գերազանցել է Բաքվի քաղաքապետ Հաջիբալա Աբութալիբովին: Վերջինս, այլ արտահայտությունների հետ, Ալիեւ կրտսերին խնդրել էր «պատվի արժանացնել եւ իրեն նշանակել Հեյդար Ալիեւի գերեզմանի պահակ»:

Ըստ կայքի` արդեն մի քանի ամիս է` Էլդար Ազիզովը Սաբայիլի շրջանի բոլոր դպրոցներում, շրջանցելով Բաքվի քաղաքապետարանին, «համաժողովրդական առաջնորդ» Հեյդար Ալիեւի «թանկագին պատվին» նվիրված «Հեյդար Ալիեւը եւ Ադրբեջանի պատմությունը» թեմայով գիտա-գործնական համաժողովներ է անցկացնում, որում Ալիեւների գլխավոր քծնողի տիտղոսին ձգտող այդ չինովնիկն անձամբ ընդգծում է «Ադրբեջանի պատմության մեջ մեծ առաջնորդ Հեյդար Ալիեւի հարուստ ժառանգության խորն ուսումնասիրության կարեւորությունը»:

Էլդար Ազիզովը Ալիեւ կրտսերի անձի պաշտամունքի մեկնարկն Ադրբեջանում տվել է հետեւյալ հայտարարությամբ. «Ադրբեջանի բազմամյա պատմության ընթացքում միայն երկու պետական գործիչներ են ստացել համաժողովրդական առաջնորդի կարգավիճակ: Նրանցից մեկը մեր մեծ առաջնորդ Հեյդար Ալիեւն է: Այսօր ողջ համոզվածությամբ կարելի է հայտարարել, որ մեր ժողովուրդը համաժողովրդական առաջնորդի մանդատը վստահել է Իլհամ Ալիեւին, որն ամբողջ աշխարհում ճանաչվել է որպես ականավոր պետական գործիչ»:

Էլդար Ազիզովն Ադրբեջանում իր չինովնիկական ջերմեռանդությամբ եւ ստորաքարշությամբ այդ համաժողովից շատ առաջ հռչակվել էր դեռեւս Գյանջայի եւ Սումգայիթի գործադիր իշխանության ղեկավար եղած ժամանակներում: Այդ պաշտոնններում գտնվելու տարիներին նա ամեն տարի Իլհամ Ալիեւի ծննդյան օրը Ադրբեջանի նախագահի տարիքին համապատասխան երկարությամբ տորթ էր թխում: Հրավիրված բարձրաստիճան հյուրերի մասնակցությամբ հանդիսավոր կերպով տորթն իր կողմից կտրվելուց եւ համտեսելուց հետո, օրինակ` 50 մ երկարությամբ սեղանը գրոհում էր քաղաքի աղքատ բնակչությունը` տակն ու նրա անելով ամեն ինչ, փորձելով մի պատառ ավելի փախցնել ընտանիքի սովյալ անդամների համար (այդ խայտառակ տեսարանը պատկերող տեսանյութեր հաճախ են հրապարակվել սոցցանցերում):

«Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի ադրբեջանական ծառայության աշխատակից Բուրխան Ալեքպերզադեն այդ առնչությամբ անգամ առաջարկել էր գիտական շրջանառության մեջ դնել շողոքորթության եւ ստորաքարշության միավոր եւ «Էլդար» եւ «տորթ» բառերի կապակցումից այն անվանել «էլտոր»:

«Մեկ էլտորը դա շողոքորթության այնպիսի ծավալ է, երբ շողոքորթը հրապարակավ լվացվում է մեկ մետր տորթով», -սահմանում էր տվել նա:

«Այդ տեսակեից հետաքրքիր է, քանի էլտոր է կազմում Էլդար Ազիզովի այդ արտահայտությունն այսօր», -հարցնում է կայքը:
