Կարեն Համբարձումյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ալիևը չեղյալ է հայտարարել Բունդեսթագում նախատեսված հանդիպումները՝ ի նշան Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման բանաձևի դեմ բողոքի։ Սա լոկ մեծ եղբորը աջակցելու հերթական քաղաքական ժեստը չէ միայն, այն վտանագավոր է իրականում նաև շփման գծում իրադարության՝ հարաբերական կայանության պահպանման համար։ Հաշվի առնելով նաև Ադրբեջանի վերջին ապակատռուցողական հայտարարությունները, որոնք ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո և հատկապես Վիեննայի հանդիպումից հետո կտրուկ մեղմացել էին, ռազմական հերթական արկածախնդրության հոտ է փչում։ 
Անկախ միջազգային հանրության ճնշումներից, որն արդեն տևական ժամանակաշրջան այն բանեցվում է Ադրբեջանի դեմ մարդու այստեղ մարդու իրավունքների խայտառական իրադրության համար, Ադրբեջանը, որն ընդամենը միջին կարևորության էներգակիր աշխարհաքաղաքական օբյեկտ է, երբեք նման հանդուգն պահվածք չի ցուցաբերելԱրևմտյան ղեկավարների նկատմամբ։ 
Այս հանդգնությունն առաջին անգամ դրևորվեց ապրիլի սկզբին ԱՄՆ-ում կայացած միջազգային համաժողովին արևմտյան գործիչները սառը ընդունելության արաժանացրին թուրքական երկու պետությունների ղեկավարներին և վերջինիս համար սա լավ պատրվակ դարձավ քառօրյա պատեարզմ սկսելու։ 
Այս վերջին՝ Արևմուտքն արհամարհելու փորձը շատ հավանական է, որ ֆորմուլա 1-ից հետո ռազմական գործողությունները վերսկսելու նախապատրաստության տրամաբանության մեջ է մտնում։
