Թուրքիայում 152 պատգամավորի նկատմամբ դատական գործ է բացվել

Թուրքիայի արդարադատության նախարար Բեքիր Բոզդաղը հայտարարել է, որ խորհրդարանի մի շարք պատգամավորների անձեռնմխելիությունը վերացվելու հետ կապված սահմանադրական փոփոխությունն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո նրանց վերաբերյալ արդեն 117 քրեական գործ է ուղարկվել դատախազություն:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` TRT-ին տված հարցազրույցում Բոզդաղն ասել է, որ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունը թույլ է տվել վերացնել 152 պատգամավորի նկատմամբ 799 քրեական հետաքննության եւ դրանք իրագործելու դեմ եղած խոչընդոտները:
Նրա խոսքով` թուրքական խորհրդարանի ղեկավարության ձեռքի տակ եղած այդ նյութերը մոտ ժամանակում կուղարկվեն հանրապետական դատախազություն:
Ինչպես հայտնի է` քրեական գործերը հիմնականում վերաբերվում են Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանում 80 պատգամավորական աթոռներ զբաղեցնող միակ քրդական Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցության (ԺԴԿ) եւ գլխավոր ընդդիմադիր Ժողովրդահանրապետական կուսակցության (ԺՀԿ) խորհրդարանական խմբակցությունների պատգամավորներին, որոնք հանդես են գալիս Թուրքիայում նախագահական կառավարման համակարգ մտցնելու նախագահ Թայիփ Էրդողանի համառ ձեռնարկումների դեմ:
ԺԴԿ-ի եւ ԺՀԿ-ի ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորներին «վնասազերծելու» նպատակով Էրդողանի հանձնարարությամբ քրեական գործեր են հարուցվում նրանց նկատմամբ, որպեսզի նրանց զրկեն Էրդողանի հակաժողովրդավարական նախաձեռնություններին դեմ հանդես գալու հնարավորությունից:
