25-ամյա երիտասարդին դանակահարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է Վանաձորի 28-ամյա բնակիչը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով՝ 1991թ. ծնված Վահագն Թորոսյանին դանակահարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է  Վանաձորի 28-ամյա բնակիչ։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

2016 թվականի հունիսի 08-ին` ժամը 19.45-ին, «Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերությունից հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ «կրծքավանդակի ծակած-կտրած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության է դիմել 1991թ. ծնված Վահագն Արմենի Թորոսյանը:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, մշակվել քննչական պլան և ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ երիտասարդին մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։

Վահագն Թորոսյանը ճանաչվել է տուժող, նշանակվել դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։

2016 թվականի հունիսի 10-ին՝ ժամը 00.40-ի մոտակայքում  կամավոր ներկայացել է Վանաձոր քաղաքի 28-ամյա  բնակիչը, ով կասկածվում է Վ.Թորոսյանին ծանր մարմնական վնաս պատճառելու մեջ, և ձերբակալվել։ Կասկածյալը հրաժարվել է ցուցմունքներ տալուց:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
