Ադրբեջան է հայրենադարձվել Հայաստանի սահմանը հատած կինը. ԿԽՄԿ

Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի (ԿԽՄԿ) հովանու ներքո հունիսի 10-ին Ադրբեջան է հայրենադարձվել քաղաքացիական անձը՝ կինը, որը 2016թ․հունիսի 7-ին հատել էր միջազգային սահմանը՝ հայտնվելով Հայաստանում։ Գործողությունը տեղի է ունեցել հայկական Իջևան և ադրբեջանական Ղազախ քաղաքների միջև անցնող ճանապարհին՝ միջազգային սահմանի վրա։
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ԿԽՄԿ Երևանի գրասենյակից, գործելով որպես չեզոք միջնորդ՝ ԿԽՄԿ-ն աջակցել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության իշխանություններին հայրենադարձումն իրականացնելու հարցում։ Մինչ հայրենադարձումը ԿԽՄԿ-ի ներկայացուցիչներն այցելել են անձին՝ նրա հանդեպ վերաբերմունքը և պահման պայմանները գնահատելու նպատակով։
Հիմնվելով Ժնևյան կոնվենցիաներով սահմանված իր հանձնագրին՝ ԿԽՄԿ-ն այս տարածաշրջանում գործում է 1992 թվականից ի վեր՝ կապված ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության հետ:
Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացի, 1977 թվականին ծնված Վալիևա Զոհրա Վարձար-քըզըն հունիսի 7-ին անցել է ադրբեջանականկողմից անցել է Հայաստանի սահմանը:
