ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունում ծավալված աղմկալի մի պատմության մանրամասներ.«Ժողովուրդ»

««Ժողովուրդ»–ին հայտեի են դարձել ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունում ծավալված աղմկալի մի պատմության մանրամասներ, որի հետ անմիջական առնչություն ունի ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի անվտանգության պետ Սերգեյ Հայրապետովը։ Ամեն ինչ սկսվել է այս տարվա մարտ ամսից, երբ դեռ ՊՆ-ում կոռուպցիոն բացահայտումները հրապարակային ընթացք չունեին, ապրիլյան 4-օրյա պատերազմն էլ չէր սկսվել։

Այսպիսով՝ ՀՀ ՊՆ վերահսկիչ վարչության ընդհանուր վերահսկման բաժնի պետ, գնդապետ Սամվել Խաչատրյանը բացահայտել է, որ «Էլ թեք քոմփ» ՍՊԸ-ի կողմից ՊՆ-ին մատակարարվող տեխնիկայի գները ուռճացված են։ Խաչատրյանի գործունեության արդյունքների մասին ՊՆ-ում սկսել են խոսել, Սերգեյ Հայրապետովը նրան զգուշացրել Է, որ վերը նշված ընկերության մասին մոռանա և չզեկուցի վերադասին, այլապես «կփոշմանի»։ Սակայն Խաչատրյանը չի լսել «խորհուրդը» և իր կողմից հայտնաբերված չարաշահման մասին վերադասին զեկուցել Է։ Արդյունքը եղել է այն, որ Սամվել Խաչատրյանն այսօր կալանքի տակ Է։ Իսկ Սեյրան Օհանյանը, նրա անվտանգության պետն Էլ շարունակում են պաշտոնավարել, ընկերություններն Էլ իրենց ուզած գներով ինչ-որ բաներ են վաճառում ՀՀ ՊՆ-ին ու սրընթաց հարստանում։

Ս. Խաչատրյանի հարազատները պնդում են, որ իրենց ազգականի դեմ մեղադրանք սարքելու գործով Սերգեյ Հայրապետովը անձամբ Է զբաղվել։ «Ժողովուրդ»–ին հայտնի դարձավ որ ՀՀ ՊՆ նյութատեխնիկական դեպարտամենտի տեխնիկական ապահովման վարչության գլխավոր մասնագետ Արսեն Ղարիբջանյանը, որը այս տարվա մարտի 15-ին 5 մլն դրամ կաշառք վերցնելու մեղադրանքով կալանավորվել Է, պատմել Է քննիչներին, որ Սերգեյ Հայրապետովը անձամբ Է իրեն հայհոյել, սպառնացել, հարվածել՝ ստիպելով ցուցմունք տալ Խաչատրյանի դեմ։ Ընդ որում, ծեծի գործընթացը ծավալվել Է ՀՀ ՊՆ ռազմական ոստիկանության վարչության շենքում»,–գրում է թերթը։
