«Իրանի ազգային գազային ընկերության ղեկավար Ալիոեզա Քամեյին հայտարարել է, թե իրենք Ադրբեջանի հետ բանակցություններ են վարում Իրանի գազը Եվրոպա արտահանելու վերաբերյալ: Ըստ հայտարարության, արտահանման հնարավոր երթուղին Բաքու-Էրզրում գազատարն է: Քննարկվում է նաև Իրանի նավթը Բաքու-Ջեյհան խողովակաշարով արտահանելու հարցը:
Իրանական էներգակիրների արտահանման տարանցիկ ուղի դառնալու՝ Հայաստանի հնարավորությունները առանց այն էլ մեծ չէին, բայց մեր երկրի ԵՏՄ անդամագրվելուց հետո ավելի խնդրահարույց դարձան: Բանն այն է, որ ԵՏՄ անդամագրման պայմանագրերի փաթեթով ԵՏՄ տարածքում ստեղծվում է նավթագազային, այսպես կոչված, ընդհանուր շուկա, և ԵՏՄ երկրները, ըստ էության, պարտավորվում են իրենց քաղաքականությունը վարել այդ ընդհանուր շուկայի շահերի հաշվառումով: Այս քաղաքականությունը արդեն իսկ լուրջ բարդություններ է առաջացնում Իրան-Հայաստան հարաբերություններում, որովհետև Իրանի և Ռուսաստանի շահերը այս ոլորտում չեն համընկնում: Եթե Իրանի գազը հոսում է դեպի Եվրոպա, դա թուլացնում է Եվրոպայի ազդեցությունը ռուսական գազից, սա էլ իր հերթին Ռուսաստանին զրկում է Եվրոպայի նկատմամբ ունեցած կարևորագույն լծակից: Բացի դա, իրանական նավթի արտահոսքը դեպի համաշխարհային շուկա ավելի կնվազեցնի նավթի միջազգային գինը, ինչը լրջագույն հարված է նավթի արտահանման ասեղի վրա նստած Ռուսաստանին:
Իսկ ստեղծված վիճակում Իրանը Հայաստանին ոչ առանց հիմքի ընկալում է որպես Ռուսաստանի մարիոնետ: Այս կոնտեքստում Հայաստանի իշխանության հետ որևէ հարց քննարկելը կդիտվի որպես ժամավաճառություն, որովհետև նախ պաշտոնական Մոսկվան պաշտոնական Երևանին թույլ չի տա որևէ համաձայնության հասնել, իսկ կայացված համաձայնությունները մեկ րոպեում կարող են չեղյալ արվել, ինչպես տեղի ունեցավ Եվրոպայի հետ ասոցացման համաձայնագրերի բանակցված փաթեթի հետ:
Ի տարբերություն Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանին Իրանում ընկալում են որպես ինքնուրույն պետություն, որի հետ կարելի է կոնկրետ պայմանավորվածություններ ձեռք բերել և այդ պայմանավորվածությունները կյանքի կոչել: Բացի դա, Ադրբեջանում կան արդեն իսկ բավական մեծ հաջողությամբ գործող միջազգային խողովակաշարեր, որոնք նավթ և գազ են տեղափոխում դեպի Արևմուտք: Իհարկե, Իրանը բազմաթիվ վերապահումներ և բարդություններ ունի Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերություններում, բայց սեփական տնտեսությունը կարգի բերելու կապիտալի ներհոսք ապահովելու համար նրան հարկավոր է նավթի և գազի շուկաներ գտնել և դա անել հնարավորինս արագ»,–գրում է թերթը։
