Հենց թեկուզ միայն մուտքի արտոնագրերի ռեժիմի վերջին փոփոխոթյունն արդեն իսկ կարևոր ցուցիչ է առ այն ,որ հայ-իրանական հարաբերություններում արձանագրվել է դրական տեղաշարժի մի նոր փուլ, որը կարող է, մեղմ ասած, ամենևին էլ դուրեկան չլինել փետրվարի 12-ին նույնիսկ ՀՀ նախագահի ամենաբարձր մակարդակով Թեհրանի հետ մեր փոխգործակցության կարևորումից բացահայտորեն կամ գաղտնի «ջղաձգվող» խաղացողների համար:
Ընդ որում, եթե Բաքվի վարչակարգն աշխատում է իրեն բնորոշ գավառական քարոզչության մակարդակում և հեշտ կանխատեսելիության պատճառով նվազագույն վնաս կարող է հասցնել Իրանի հանդեպ մեր ընկալումններին, շատ ավելի վտանգավոր են իբր Հայաստանի «դարդով տապակվող» որոշ շրջանակներ, որոնք քարոզչական նուրբ հնարքների կիրառությամբ «սթափության» կոչեր են հնչեցնում Իրանին չապավինելու:
Իրանին իբր ապավինելու մասին թեզը կեղծ է, անհիմն և մոլորեցնող, որովհետև մեր հասարակական և մասնագիտական խոսույթում նման քննարկում, ըստ էության, գոյություն չունի, մինչդեռ առկա է Իսլամական Հանրապետության հետ հարաբերությունները բոլոր ուղղություններով զարգացնելու հստակ օրակարգ և նաև ինչ-որ առումով դրա քաղաքական և հասարակական պահանջ:
Հետևաբար, ցանկացած «վերլուծություն», որը կառուցված է «ապավինելու» նշված կեղծ թեզի առանցքի շուրջ, ոչ մի դեպքում ոչ միայն չի կարող գնահատվել որպես առարկայական, այլև դեռ հարց է դրա անաչառության հանգամանքը:
