Վազգեն Ղազարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Առավոտյան մամուլի տեսությունն եմ կարդում և բազմաթիվ լուրերի մեջ աչք ծակեց մեկը, որում նշվում էր, որ մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել զորամասերից մեկի երկու խոհարարների, ովքեր 4-օրյա պատերազմի օրերին զինվորների բաժին են յուրացրել։ Խոսքը գնում էր մի քանի կիլոգրամ յուղի, մի քանի կիլոգրամ խոզի մսի, մի քանի կիլոգրամ վերմիշելի ու տոմատի մածուկի մասին։ Նրանց առաջադրվել է մեղադրանք ու ըստ ամենայնի՝ պատասխանատվության կենթարկվեն։

Չեմ ցանկանում, որ գրածս տարընթերցման տեղ թողնի։ Այն, որ նշված երկու խոհարարներին պետք է պատժել, դրանում երկու կարծիք լինել չի կարող։ Բայց մտահոգիչ է այն, որ պատերազմից երկու ամիս է անցել, իսկ մենք դեռ լուրջ լյուստրացիայի ականատես չենք եղել։ Մի գեներալի են ձերբակալել, այն էլ դեռ հարց է, թե ինչով կավարտվի նրա դեպքը, մի երկու գնդապետերի ու այս խոհարարներին։ Սա պայքար չէ կոռուպցիայի ու թալանի դեմ, սա պայքարի իմիտացիա է, երբ բերան փակելու համար մի երկու բան են գցում հանրության դեմը՝ ակնկալելով, որ դրանով մարդիկ կբավարարվեն ու կհամարեն, որ խնդիրները լուծված է։

Նույն այս խոհարարների յուրացման գումարային արտահայտումը հազիվ գերազանցի հարյուր հազար դրամը։ Դե հիմա պատկերացրեք, թե քանի նման խոհարարներ են նման հարյուր հազարներ գողանում։ Իսկ ինչո՞ւ է դա հնարավոր․ որովհետև համակարգն է ոտքից գլուխ այդ սխեմային հակված ու սա փոխելու համար, պետք է արմատապես փոխել համակարգի տրամաբանությունը։ Իսկ դա ներքևից չեն անում, այլ ճիշտ հակառակը՝ վերևից։ Եթե համակարգի բոլոր օղակները տեսնեն, որ ձի գողացողներին պատժում են ու պատժում են խիստ, ապա ձու գողացողների թիվը կնվազի երկրաչափական պրոգրեսսիայով։ Մյուս ձի գողացողներն էլ հետևություն կանեն ու կդառնան ձու գողացող, կամ էլ, մարդ ես, մեկ էլ տեսար, որ խելքի եկան ու դադարեցին գողանալը․․․

Ամեն դեպքում, այս խնդիրը կիսաքայլերով չի լուծվում։
