10-ամիս առաջ բանակ զորակոչված եւ նոյեմբերի 6-ին ծեծվելուց առաջացած հոգեկան խնդիրներով Երեւանի կայազորային հոսպիտալ տեղափոխված 19-ամյա Արթուր Հակոբյանը, թեեւ հոսպիտալից տուն է տեղափոխվել, բայց չի ապաքինվել, նրա բուժման համար գումար է անհրաժեշտ: NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նրա հորաքույրը՝ Ռիտա Հակոբյանը, պատմեց, որ Արթուրը կայազորային հոսպիտալից դուրս գրվելուց հետո անընդհատ ուշագնաց է լինում, սրտխառնոցներ ունենում:
«Օրը 3 անգամ «Շտապօգնություն» ենք կանչում, գալիս են սրսկում են, հանգստանում է: Վախենում ենք մենակ թողնենք, անընդհատ վատ է զգում իրեն, ուշագնաց է լինում, սրտխառնոց է ունենում: Դեղ են նշանակել նյարդերը հանգստացնող, բայց դեռ չի օգնում: Կվարտիրայում էինք ապրում վարձով, մի քանի անգամ փորձ արեց պատուհանից նետվելու, վախից տունը փոխել ենք, սեփական տուն ենք վարձել, որ իրեն վնաս չտա: Ասում է՝ ձայներ է լսում ու գնում է պատուհանի մոտ, չի հասկանում՝ ինչ է անում»,- պատմեց նա:
Ռիտա Հակոբյանը նշեց, որ Արթուրին լուրջ հետազոտություն եւ բուժում է հարկավոր, սակայն, չեն կարողանում՝ գումար չունենալու պատճառով. «Պատկան մարմիններից ոչ մեկը չի օգնում, իրան առողջ բանակ տարան, ծեծված, էս առողջական խնդիրներով բերել են տուն: Հիմա վատ վիճակում ենք, չգիտեմ, ոնց անել, որ Արթուրի առողջական վիճակը կարգավորվի: Հիվանդանոց չենք կարողանում տանել, որովհետեւ գումար չկա, գնացել եմ «Ավանի» հոգեբուժարանում եմ գրանցել տվել, որ գոնե հետազոտում անցնի»:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ 10-ամիս առաջ բանակ զորակոչված եւ նոյեմբերի 6-ին հոգեկան խնդիրներով Երեւանի կայազորային հոսպիտալ տեղափոխված, Երեւանի 19-ամյա բնակիչ Արթուր Հակոբյանի հարազատները պնդում են, որ զինծառայողին բանակում ծեծել է գումարտակի հարբած հրամանատարը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության 9-րդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ զինվորական ծառայության պարտականությունները կատարելու կապակցությամբ ստորադասին ծեծելու դեպքի առթիվ:
ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 358.1 հոդվածի երկրորդ մասով նախատեսված հանցագործության կատարումը մատնանշող բավարար տվյալներ՝ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության 9-րդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնի ՀԿԳ քննիչի կողմից նոյեմբերի 13-ին որոշում է կայացվել քրեական գործ հարուցելու մասին։ Զինծառայող Արթուր Հակոբյանը ճանաչվել է տուժող:
