Գյումրիում ռուսական ռազմակայանի զինվոր Վալերի Պերմյակովը բացատրել է զորամասից իր դասալքության դրդապատճառները:

Գյումրիում Պերմյակովի գործով դատավարության ժամանակ ամբաստանյալը հրաժարվել է ցուցմունքներ տալուց եւ հարցերի պատասխանելուց: Հետեւաբար դատարանը որոշել է հրապարակել նրա նախաքննության ժամանակ տված ցուցմունքները:

Վալերի Պերմյակովը հարցաքննությունների ժամանակ պնդել է, որ շատ է կարոտել տունը եւ ցանկացել է վերադառնալ Չիտա, դրա համար էլ որոշել է իր հերթապահության ժամանակ փախուստի դիմել, փող ու հագուստ ձեռք բերել ու հասնել ՌԴ:

Այս տարվա հունվարի 12-ին, գիշերը ժամը 02.00-ին նա հանել է զրահաբաճկոնն ու սաղավարտը, բայց պահել է զենքն ու սվին-դանակը, որի օգնությամբ կտրել է մետաղալարը: Նա կողոպտելու նպատակով մարդկանց է որոնել: Պերմյակովի խոսքով, ինքը քայլել է տների մոտով, որոնց դարպասները փակ են եղել, տեսել է բաց դռնակ, ծեծել է: Մոտ 5 րոպե կանգնել է դռնակի մոտ, ապա սվին-դանակի օգնությամբ հանել է ապակին: Ինքնաձիգը հանել է նախապահպանական վիճակից եւ դրել ավտոմատ կրակահերթի տակ: Մտել է տուն, ջուր է խմել:

Այնուհետեւ դատախազը բաց է թողել այն հատվածը, որը վերաբերում է սպանությանը, քանի որ այն քննելու են ՀՀ իրավապահ մարմինները:

Վերադառնալով ռուսական կողմից հետաքննվող մասի ցուցմունքին՝ դատախազը հայտնեց, որ Պերմյակովի խոսքով՝ նա բացել է պահարանը, հանել քաղաքացիական հագուստ եւ զգեստափոխվել: Կոշիկները նա հագել է դուրս գալուց առաջ: Տանից տարել է 3 բջջային հեռախոս եւ կանացի պայուսակից վերցրած գումար: Մտադիր էր հասնել մինչեւ հայ-թուրքական սահման: Սահմանի մոտ շինություն է հայտնաբերել, որտեղ մի քանի ժամ մնացել է: Հետո նրան ձերբակալել էին ՌԴ սահմանապահները: Միաժամանակ պարզվել է, որ սահմանի ուղղությունը նա գիտեր մոտավորապես:

Իր կողմից Վալերի Պերմյակովը հայտարարեց, որ նորմալ է մեծացել: Մինչեւ զորակոչը հոգեկան հիվանդություններ չի ունեցել: Հաշվառման չի առնվել: Քիչ է խմել: Ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ իրեն նորմալ է պահում: Թմրանյութերից օգտագործել է մարիխուանա: Կախվածություն չունի:

Ցուցմունքից պարզ է դարձել, որ նա նախկինում էլ բազմիցս լքել է զինվորական մասը, այդ թվում՝ զենքով: Նրա խոսքով՝ ծառայության պայմաններից գոհ է եղել, բայց ուզում էր տուն գնալ: Պարզվել է նաեւ, որ տանը նա ուզում էր թաքնվել տայգայում, իսկ զենքն անհրաժեշտ էր մարդկանց վախեցնելու եւ շներից պաշտպանվելու համար:

Պերմյակովը պնդում է, որ մտել է առաջին պատահած տունը, որտեղ թողել է ինքնաձիգն ու փախել:

Միաժամանակ ամբաստանյալը պնդում է, որ տանից ոչ մի հաղորդագրություն չի ստացել, որը կստիպեր նրան լքել զորամասը:
