Հունիսի 12-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ 

Ժամը 03։10-ի սահմաններում Արմենիա բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «գլխի բացված վերք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց են մեկնել ոստիկանության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը, բաժնի պետ Դավիթ Սարգսյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Պարզվել է, որ վիրավորը Երևան քաղաքի Բաշինջաղյան փողոցի բնակիչ 33-ամյա Հրաչյա Մելքոնյանն է ։ 

Վերջինս հիվանդանոցում հայտնել է , որ Քանաքեռ -Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի Ռուբինյանց փողոցում գտնվող «Երևան Սիթի» սուպերմարկետի մոտ 4 հոգի հարձակվել են իր վրա, երկաթով հարվածել գլխին մի քանի անգամ ։ 

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով քիչ առաջ ոստիկանության Քանաքեռ -Զեյթուն բաժնի աշխատակիցները ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալները իրացնելիս, բացատրական աշխատանքների շնորհիվ նշված հանցագործությունը կատարելու կասկածանքով բերման են ենթարկել Քանաքեռ 5-րդ փողոցի 18 Ա տան բնակիչներ՝ 19 -ամյա Վահրամ և 18-ամյա Կարեն Հակոբյաններին։

Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով վիրավոր Հ ․Մելքոնյանը աշխատում է Ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժնում՝ համայնքային ոստիկան, կոչումով ավագ լեյտենանտ է։

Փաստի առթիվ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավիթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում։

Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ, մյուս անձանց հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
