«Ոտքի՛, Հայաստան» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնությունը բաց նամակ է հղել Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար՝ Բան Կի Մունին՝ խնդրելով հետաքննություն իրականացնել ապրիլի 2-ին ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական սահմանին տեղի ունեցած հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման համար պատասխանատու կողմին բացահայտելու նպատակով:

Նամակում մասնավորապես գրված է.

«Ձերդ գերազանցություն, հարգարժան գլխավոր քարտուղար, Դուք անշուշտ տեղյակ եք, որ ապրիլի 2-ին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության շփման գծում տեղի է ունեցել ռազմական բախում, որի հետևանքով զոհվել եւ վիրավորվել են մի քանի հարյուր զինվորներ, եղել են զոհեր նաեւ խաղաղ բնակչության շրջանում, հազարավոր մարդիկ ստիպված են եղել ժամանակավոր լքել իրենց տները, շատերն էլ առ այսօր չեն կարող հետ վերադառնալ իրենց բնականոն կյանքին, քանի որ հակամարտող կողմերի միջեւ տեղի է ունեցել շփման գծի էական խախտում։

Ադրբեջանական Հանրապետությունը ապրիլի 14-ին Անվտանգության խորհուրդ է ներկայացրել նամակ (A/70/830–S/2016/346 ), որտեղ մեղադրել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը այդ մարտական գործողությունները սկսելու համար։

Ներկայացնում ենք Ձեզ 2016թ․ ապրիլի 2-ին՝ ժամը 04.00-ի սահմաններում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Թալիշ գյուղի մատույցներում ադրբեջանական զինվորականների՝ հայկական պաշտպանական դիրքերի թիկունք ներթափանցելու փաստը հաստատող տեսագրությունը։ Հատուկ Ձեր ուշադրությունն ենք ուզում դարձնել այն փաստին, որ տեսագրությունը կատարած հայ զինվորներից շատերը զոհվեցին այդ անհավասար մարտում։

Մայիսի 26-ին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի զինված ուժերի հրամանատարությունը թույլ չտվեց քաղաքացիական դիտորդներին եւ լրագրողներին այցելել այդ շրջանը՝ տեսագրության վայրը ճշտելու նպատակով։

Հայաստանում, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում եւ Ադրբեջանում ազնիվ մարդիկ մտահոգված են, որ ԼՂ հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացn ուղղորդվում է ապատեղեկությունների վրա հենված պաշտոնական քարոզարշավներով։ Մեզ համար անհասկանալի է, թե ինչպես կարելի է տարածաշրջանում հաստատել կայուն խաղաղություն՝ միջազգային իրավունքը խարխլող գործողությունների միջոցով։

Մոլորակում ապրող բոլոր ժողովուրդների համար ՄԱԿ-ը հանդիսանում է խաղաղություն պահպանելու հարցում բարձրագույն մարմինը եւ վերջին հանգրվանը։

Խնդրում ենք Ձեզ, նախաձեռնել միջազգային հետաքննություն՝ ապրիլի 2-ին տեղի ունեցած հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման համար պատասխանատու կողմին բացահայտելու նպատակով։ Գտնում ենք, որ այդ ճշմարտության բացահայտումը մեր բոլորի պարտավորությունն է այդ մարտերում զոհվածների ընտանիքների առջեւ եւ անհրաժեշտ քայլ է հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման համար»։
