Հայկ Դերզյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Ռուսաստանը, որքան էլ որ համարվում է Հայաստանի դաշնակից երկիրը, պաշտոնական մակարդակով հարաբերությունները, թեև շարունակում է մնալ բարձր մակարդակում, այնուամնայնիվ հանրության շրջանում ռուսական իշխանությունների նկատմամաբ տրամադրությունները հատկապես վերջին շրջանում փոփոխվել են:
Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան մի քանի օր առաջ անդրադառնալով Երևանի կենտրոնում բացված Գարեգին Նժդեհի արձանին տեղադրմանը նշել էր, որ Մոսկվան զարմացած է Երևանում Վերմախտի «Հայկական լեգիոնի» հիմնադիրներից մեկի՝ գեներալ Գարեգին Նժդեհի արձանի տեղադրմամբ:
Ռուսական իշխանությունները բռունցքով մեխին են խփում: Ապրիլյան պատերազմի օրերին, հայ հանրության շրջանում առանց այն էլ լարվածություն կար ռուսական իշխանությունների նկատմամբ:Ու այսքանից հետո, ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն քննադատում է հայ ազգի հերոսներից մեկին: Այնպիսի տպավորություն է, կարծես ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչը իրադրությունն էլ ավելի սրելու և հանրության շրջանում ձևավորված հակակրանքը ամրապնդելու առիթներ է ստեղծում:
Դրանից հետո, գոնե լիներ մեկն ով Զախարովային կընթերցեր հայոց պատմության էջերը: Ո՞վ է եղել Նժդեհը, ի՞նչ ավանդ է ունեցել հայերի ու Հայաստանի համար: Լեռնահայաստանի հռչակումից հետո, երբ խորհրդային ուժերը պատրաստվում էին վճռական մարտական գործողությունների Նժդեհը հանուն Հայաստանի անկախության կռվել է 11-րդ կարմիր բանակի դեմ մինչև 1921 թվականը և այդ ժամանակ Զանգեզուրի գոյամարտը Խորհրդային Անդրկովկասում «հակահեղափոխական» պայքարի վերջին օջախն էր։ Նա այն մարդն էր, ով հիմնադրեց Ցեղակրոնությունը, և սա իր ազգի համար արված գործերի միայն մի մասն էր:
Եվ այսքանից հետո մնում է միայն հարց ուղղել Զախարովային, թե այն մարդը, ով տարիներ ի վեր կռվել ու բանտարկվել է հանուն հայրենիքի ազատության, արդյո՞ք արժանի չէր, որ իր պատվին արձան կանգնեցվեր: Պաշտոնական Մոսկվայի զարմանքը կարծում եմ անտեղի է:
