Ճամբարակում ժամանակավորապես լուծվել է գործազուրկների զբաղվածության ապահովման հարցը

ՀՀ աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության կողմից Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ճամբարակի տարածաշրջանում իրականացվում է «Սեզոնային զբաղվածության խթանման ﬕջոցով գյուղացիական տնտեսությանն աջակցություն տրամադրելու» ծրագիրը, որի նպատակը սեզոնային զբաղվածության ապահովման միջոցով առավել խոցելի եւ աղքատ գյուղական բնակավ այրերի բնակչության սոցիալական լարվածության մեղմումն է, ինչպես նաեւ աշխատանքի արտադրողականության բարձրացումը, նրանց կայուն զբաղվածության ապահովման համար պայմանների ստեղծումը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալականհարցերի նախարարության Ճամբարակի զբաղվածության կենտրոնիտնօրեն Քոչար Քոչարյանը, Ծրագրում ընդգրկված են գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության հողի սեփականատեր կամ վարձակալ կամ անհատույց օգտագործող հանդիսացող աշխատաշուկայում անմրցունակ անձինք, ովքեր որպես աշխատանք փնտրող հաշվառվել են ՀՀ աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության աշխատակազմի   զբաղվածության պետական գործակալության տարածքային կենտրոնում: Ծրագրում ընդգրկված շահառուների տարիքը 16-63 է:

Ծրագրում  Ճամբարակի տարածաշրջանից  ընդգրկված են 134 շահառու:

«Ծրագրին Ճամբարակի տարածաշրջանից մասնակցում է 10 համայնք՝ Ջիլ՝ 12, Արտանիշ՝ 10, Աղբերք՝ 11, Վահան՝ 13, Ճամբարակ՝ 9, Թթուջուր՝ 16, Մարտունի՝ 15, Գետիկ՝ 16, Այգուտ՝ 17 եւ Դպրաբակ՝ 15  շահառուներով: Նշված համայնքներից ծրագրում ընդգրկվել են ընդհանուր 70 հեկտար խոտհարք, 40 հեկտար վարելահող, որից 10 հեկտարը՝ ցորեն, 27-ը գարի եւ 3-ը՝ կարտոֆիլի աճեցման հողատարածքներ: Ծրագրի ընդհանուր ֆինանսական արժեքը կազմում է 6 միլիոն 400 հազար դրամ: Շահառուների օրավարձը, ովքեր աշխատում են իրենց հողամասերում, 4 հազար դրամ է: Նրանք աշխատում են մշակված գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքների պլան-ժամանակացույցի համաձայն: Ծրագրի տեւողությունը 6 ամիս է, որը կավարտվի հոկտեմբերին»,- ասաց զբաղվածության կենտրոնի տնօրենը:
