Կխստացվի հսկողությունը ավտոկայանատեղի համար ապօրինի տուրքի գանձման դեպքերի նկատմամբ

Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի ունեցած աշխատանքային հերթական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին զեկուցվել է, որ նախորդ շաբաթ աշխատակազմի տրանսպորտի վարչության և ՃՈ հասարակական ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցների շահագործման նկատմամբ իրականացված հսկողության շրջանակում կազմվել է 53 արձանագրություն: Մայրաքաղաքում վերականգնվել և փոխարինվել է բացակայող 31 ճանապարհային նշան: Քաղաքապետը հանձնարարել է շարունակել աշխատանքները և խստացնել հսկողությունը մայթերին և կամարանցումներում մեքենաների կայանման դեպքերը բացառելու ուղղությամբ:
Աշխատակազմի տրանսպորտի և առևտրի վարչություններին, 12 վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին քաղաքապետը հանձնարարել է խստացնել հսկողությունը ավտոկայանատեղի համար ապօրինի տուրքի գանձման դեպքերի նկատմամբ ու համագործակցելով Երևան քաղաքի ոստիկանության և դատախազության հետ` բացառել նման ապօրինությունները:
«Օրենքով հստակ սահմանված է ավտոկայանատեղի համար տուրքի գանձման կարգը, ըստ որի նախատեսված չէ, որ ինչ-որ մեկը փողոցում կայանման գումար վերցնի քաղաքացուց: Բայց վերջերս էլի սկսել են դեպքեր արձանագրվել, երբ ինչ-որ անհայտ անձինք մեր քաղաքացիներից ավտոմեքենայի կայանման համար ապօրինի գումար են գանձում: Այս հարցը պետք է լինի խիստ հսկողության և ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Անթույլատրելի և աններելի է, երբ մեր քաղաքացին նախապես բարեխիղճ կատարում է ավտոկայանման համար օրենքով սահմանված վճարումը, իսկ ինչ-որ մարդիկ հենց այդ նույն քաղաքացուց գումար են շորթում կայանման համար: Օրենքը շրջանցողները և անօրինական գումար գանձողները պետք է ենթարկվեն խիստ պատասխանատվության: Այս հարցում ակնկալում ենք նաև մեր համաքաղաքացիների աջակցությունն ու զգոնությունը», - ընդգծել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
Քաղաքապետի մեկ այլ հանձնարարականի համաձայն՝ Կասկադի հարակից փողոցներում, որտեղ օրվա կոնկրետ ժամերին արգելվում է երթևեկությունը, կտեղադրվեն արգելափակման սարքեր:
