Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի կոլեգիայի նախագահ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը հանդիպում Է ունեցել Ռուսաստանում Ամերիկյան առեւտրական պալատի (ԱԱՊ) նախագահ Ալեքսիս Ռոձյանկոյի հետ, որի ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են ամերիկյան բիզնես-հանրակցության հետ ԵԱՏՀ-ի համագործակցության հեռանկարները:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրել են ԵԱՏՀ-ի մամուլի ծառայությունից, հունիսի 10-ին կայացած հանդիպմանը Սարգսյանը ընդգծել Է ինչպես ԱՄՆ-ի բիզնես-հանրակցության, այնպես Էլ պետական իշխանության՝ առեւտրատնտեսական փոխգործակցության համար պատասխանատու մարմինների հետ ինստիտուցիոնալ համագործակցություն հաստատելու ԵԱՏՀ-ի պատրաստակամությունը:

ԵԱՏՀ-ի կոլեգիայի նախագահը հավաստել Է, որ հանձնաժողովը պատրաստ Է օտարերկրյա գործընկերների եւ ձեռնարկատիրական միավորումների հետ գործակցել ամենատարբեր ձեւաչափերի օգտագործմամբ եւ հարցերի առավելագույն լայն սպեկտրի շուրջ:

«ԵԱՏՀ-ի հետ երկխոսությունն անհրաժեշտ Է: Մենք տնտեսական տարածք ենք ստեղծում միջազգային լավագույն պրակտիկաներին համապատասխան: Մեր համագործակցությունը, պատրաստակամությունը օգտակար են բնականոն երկխոսություն հաստատելու համար: Որովհետեւ եթե չկա երկխոսություն, բնականբար, կլինի առճակատում: Եվրոպայում եւ ԱՄՆ-ում շատերն են ասում, որ կցանկանային ԵԱՏՄ-ն տեսնել որպես կանխատեսելի գործակից: Բայց խնդիրն այն Է, որ եթե մեր միջեւ չլինի համագործակցություն ու երկխոսություն, ապա մեր գործընկերների համար մենք միշտ կլինենք անկանխատեսելի: Իսկ երկÕ �ոսությունը քայլ Է շուկայական ինստիտուտների ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ, որոնք Էլ համաշխարհային տնտեսությունը դարձնում են կայուն ու անկանխատեսելի: ԵԱՏՀ-ն պատրաստ Է երկխոսության»,-հայտարարել Է Տիգրան Սարգսյանը:

Նա առաջարկել Է ամերիկյան կառավարական եւ բիզնես-կառույցների հետ համագործակցություն սկսել տեխնիկական ասպեկտների շուրջ: Խոսքը, մասնավորապես, վերաբերում Է տեխնիկական կարգավորման բնագավառում երկխոսություն սկսելուն: «Այն բանից, թե ինչ ստանդարտներ մենք կընդունենք այսօր, կախված Է՝ ինչ իրավիճակում կհայտնվի կոնկրետ բիզնես-ոլորտը վաղը: Չհամագործակցել այսօր, նշանակում Է կորցնել ապագան»,-նշել Է Սարգսյանը:

«Այժմ բացառիկ հնարավորություն կա ուժեղ շուկայական ինստիտուտներ ստեղծելու, եվրասիական տարածքը բիզնեսի, այդ թվում՝ ամերիկյան բիզնեսի համար կանխատեսելի դարձնելու համար: Երկխոսություն չվարել՝ նշանակում Է հաշվի չառնել ամերիկյան բիզնեսի շահերն այս տարածքում: Վաղն արդեն ուշ կլինի»,-հավելել Է ԵԱՏՀ-ի կոլեգիայի նախագահը: ԵԱՏՀ-ի մամուլի ծառայության հաղրդագրության մեջ նշվում Է, որ կողմերը պայմանավորվել են շարունակել գործարար շփումները:
