Պատրաստման եղանակ

  1. Չափաբաժինները` 8: Պատրաստում ենք նրբագույն բիսկվիթը։
    Ջեռոցը մինչև 175 աստիճան տաքացնում ենք։ Մեծ տապակի մեջ յուղաթուղթ ենք դնում և կարագով պատում։ Ալյուրը, փխրեցուցիչն ու աղը ոչ մեծ ամանում խառնում ենք։ Մի կողմ ենք դնում։ Կաթն ու կարագը միկրոալիքային վառարանում տաքացնում ենք։ Ավելացնում ենք վանիլինը, կափարիչով ծածկում ենք և մի կողմ դնում։ Ձվի սպիտակուցները հարիչով հարում ենք մինչև պինդ փրփուր ստանանք` աստիճանաբար ավելացնելով 5 ճ/գդ շաքարավազը։ Առայժմ հանգիստ ենք թողնում։ Ձվի դեղնուցները 5 ճ/գդ շաքարավազի հետ  առանձին ամանի մեջ հարում ենք այնքան` մինչև բաց դեղնավուն գույն ստանանք։ Ձվի դեղնուցներն ու սպիտակուցները միացնում ենք իրար և սիլիկոնե թիակով զգուշորեն խառնում ենք։

Ալյուրով զանգվածը լցնում ենք ձվով զանգվածի մեջ և թիակով զգուշորեն խառնում ենք։ Խմորի մեջ ենք լցնում տաք կաթն ու կարագը։ Զգուշորեն խառնում ենք։ Խմորը լցնում ենք տապակի մեջ և 15-20 րոպեով տեղափոխում ենք ջեռոցի մեջ։ Պատրաստի բիսկվիթը պետք է ոսկեգույն լինի։ Բիսկվիթը ջեռոցից հանում ենք և յուղաթղթից ազատում, այնուհետև դնում ենք ցանցի վրա և սառեցնում։

Քանի դեռ բիսկվիթը սառչում է, պատրաստում ենք կրեմը։ Կարագը այնքան ենք հարում մինչև սպիտակի, այնուհետև բարակ շիթով ավելացնում ենք խտացրած կաթը և հարում ենք մինչև կրեմանման զանգված ստանանք։ Այժմ պատրաստում ենք ծաղիկների կրեմը։ Ծաղիկների կրեմի համար նախատեսված բոլոր բաղադրիչները լցնում ենք բլենդերի մեջ և նվազագույն արագության վրա հարում ենք մինչև միասեռ զանգված ստանանք, որից հետո ևս 5-10 րոպե միջին կամ ուժեղ արագության վրա հարում ենք` մինչև կրեմը գրեթե սպիտակ դառնա, իսկ կազմությունը` սերուցքային։

  4. Թղթից տրաֆարետ ենք կտրում` ինչպես նկարում է պատկերված։ Այնուհետև թղթի չափով 3 հատ շերտ ենք կտրում։ Կրեմով ներծծում ենք և 30 րոպեով տեղափոխում սառնարանը։

  5. Սառած հիմքը սառնարանից հանում ենք, կողքերն ու վերևամասը մի քիչ կտրում ` պայուսակի տեսք տալով։

  6. Տեսողական ծաղիկների տեղը որոշում ենք (կարող ենք տեղերը նշել)։ Կրեմը լցնում ենք վարդի գլխիկով հրուշակեղենային պարկի մեջ և սեղմելով վարդեր ենք ձևավորում։

  7. Այժմ նախապատրաստում ենք մաստիկան. մաստիկան կամարաձև բարակ շերտով կտրում ենք։ Մաստիկայից 2 հատ գնդիկ ենք սարքում և գելային գունանյութով ցանկացած գույնով ներկում։

  8. Մաստիկան դնում ենք տորթի մեջտեղի մասով և գնդիկները ամրացնում վրան։
