Ադրբեջանը դարձել է դեպի Եվրոպա թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգության հիմնական կենտրոն

Ադրբեջանը Կենտրոնական Ասիայից դեպի Եվրոպա թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգության հիմնական դերակատար է դարձել: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտարարել է Եվրամիությունում ու Եվրախորհրդում Ադրբեջանի նախկին դեսպան Արիֆ Մամեդովը՝ միաժամանակ հավելելով, որ այդ երկիրը դարձել է թմրամիջոցնրի տրաֆիկի խոշորագույն անցակետ:
Վրաստանի ՆԳՆ Բաթումի նավահանգստի մաքսավորները հունիսի 13-ին հայտարարություն են տարածել Ադրբեջանից բերված մեծ քանակությամբ թմրանյութ հայտնաբերվելու մասին: Հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է, որ հունիսի 12-ին Ադրբեջանից ժամանած բեռնատարում 213 կգ հերոին տեսակի թմրանյութ է հայտնաբերվել: Փաստի առնչությամբ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել, բեռնատարի վարորդը ձերբակալվել է: Վրաստանյան ԶԼՄ-ներն այդ առնչությամբ հայտնել են, որ բեռնատարի վարորդը Հոլանդիայի քաղաքացի է: Բեռնատարը Բաթումի նավահանգստով պետք է անցներ Ուկրաինա:
Վերոնշյալն առաջին դեպքը չէ, երբ Վրաստանում Ադրբեջանից եկող բեռնատարերում հերոինի խոշոր խմբաքանակներ են հայտնաբերվում: 2014թ-ի հուլիսին Վրաստանի իրավապահները առգրավվել էին ավելի քան 2700 կգ «հեղուկ հերոին» բեռնատարում, որը Ադրբեջանից ուղևորվում էր Թուրքիա՝ Վրաստանի տարածքով: Համամատության համար՝ 2015թ-ի մայիսին Նյու Յորքում առգրավված 70 կգ հերոինի խմբաքանակն անվանվել էր մեգապոլիսի պատմության ընթացքում երբևիցե հայտնաբերված ամենախոշորը:
Միանշանակ է, որ թմրամիջոցների նման քանակի առգրավվումը Վրաստանի տարածքում վկայում է այն մասին, որ Ադրբեջանը Կենտրոնական Ասիայից ու Մերձավոր Արևելքից դեպի Եվրոպա թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգության հիմնական անցակետն է: Մամեդովը նշում է, որ հաշվի առնելով Ադրբեջանի առանձնահատկությոնները, բոլորովին պարզ է, որ հերոինի նման խմբաքանակների տեղափոխումն անհնարին կլիներ առանց տեղի իշխանությունների համաձայնության, ընդ որում՝ ամենաբարձր մակարդակում: «Բոլորը հրաշալի գիտեն, որ առանց «օտկատների» Ադրբեջանում անգամ երկու արկղ միրգ տեղափոխելն է անհնար»,- նշել է նա:
